The present invention relates to a ceramic coating apparatus for a ceramic filter, which supports both ends of a filter horizontally crossing the inside of a housing formed with an inner space by a support bracket and a fixing unit, and sprays a ceramic coating solution to the outside of the filter while rotating the filter by a driving motor to coat an outer surface of the filter with the ceramic coating solution. More particularly, a spray unit for spraying the ceramic coating solution to the outer surface of the filter is mounted on an inner ceiling surface of the housing, wherein an inflow pipe accommodated with the ceramic coating solution supplied from the outside is arranged in parallel in a longitudinal direction of the filter in the spray unit, and a plurality of spray nozzles for spraying the ceramic coating solution are arranged to be separated from each other in a longitudinal direction of the inflow pipe at regular intervals in the inflow pipe. Therefore, the ceramic coating device for a ceramic filter of the present invention is very eco-friendly and economical by recovering the coating solution remaining after being sprayed, and can be applied to filters having various lengths by allowing any one of devices fixing both ends of the filters to be adjusted in the length.
본 발명은 내부공간이 형성되어 있는 하우징의 내부에서 수평방향으로 가로지르고 있는 필터의 양단을 각각 지지브래킷과 고정부로 지지한 후, 구동모터에 의해 상기 필터를 회전시키면서 필터의 외부에 세라믹 코팅액을 분사함으로써 필터의 외부면에 세라믹 코팅액을 코팅하는 세라믹필터용 세라믹 코팅장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 하우징의 내부 천정면에는 필터의 외부면에 세라믹 코팅액을 분사하는 분사부가 장착되어 있되, 상기 분사부는 내부에 외부로부터 공급받은 세라믹 코팅액이 수용되어 있는 유입관이 필터의 길이방향으로 나란하게 배치되어 있고, 상기 유입관에는 세라믹 코팅액을 분사하는 복수 개의 분사노즐이 유입관의 길이방향을 따라 일정간격 이격되게 배열되어 있는 것이 특징인 세라믹필터용 세라믹 코팅장치에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명 세라믹필터용 세라믹 코팅장치는 분사되고 남은 코팅액을 회수함으로써 매우 친환경적이면서 경제적이고, 또한 필터의 양단을 고정하는 장치 중 어느 하나는 길이조정이 가능하도록 하여 다양한 길이의 필터에 적용할 수 있다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.
