The present invention provides a melting device for a waterproofing membrane. According to the present invention, the melting device for a waterproofing membrane includes: a chamber installed in a loading box of a vehicle and including an exhaust port on the upper side of the rear side, wherein the chamber also individually has a combustion chamber on both sides of the lower side of the inside; a cylindrical melting tank installed on the upper side of the combustion chamber in the chamber and including a hopper in which a solid waterproofing membrane is injected, wherein the cylindrical melting tank has a discharge chute which the melted liquid waterproofing membrane is discharged to the outside through; a mixing screw installed to rotate in the melting tank and mixing the waterproofing membrane injected; multiple burners melting the solid waterproofing membrane injected into the melting tank in a liquid state of a predetermined temperature by combusting a predetermined fuel in the each combustion chamber; and a driving unit rotating the mixing screw in a predetermined rotation number. The melting device for a waterproofing membrane can be easily manufactured by having a simple structure and also can entirely, evenly, and surely melt the waterproofing membrane. Moreover, the melting device for a waterproofing membrane can melt a large quantity of the waterproofing membranes and, therefore, can minimize a melting number during construction work. Also, the melting device for a waterproofing membrane can prevent a construction failure of the waterproofing membrane due to a melting failure, in advance.
본 발명은 도막방수재 용융장치를 개시한다. 본 발명은 차량의 적재함에 탑재되고, 후면 상측에 배기구를 가지며, 내부의 하측 양측에 연소실을 각각 갖는 챔버; 이 챔버의 내부에서 연소실의 상측에 위치하고, 고체상의 도막방수재가 투입되는 호퍼와, 용융된 액상의 도막방수재가 외부로 배출되는 배출슈트를 갖는 원통형의 용융탱크; 이 용융탱크의 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 투입된 도막방수재를 교반해주는 교반스크루; 각 연소실에서 소정의 연료를 연소시킴으로써 용융탱크에 투입된 고체상의 도막방수재를 소정온도의 액상으로 용융시키는 복수의 버너; 교반스크루를 소정의 회전수로 회전시키는 구동수단;을 포함한다. 본 발명은 구조가 간단하여 용이하게 제작할 수 있고, 도막방수재를 전체적으로 균일하고 확실하게 용융시킬 수 있음은 물론 도막방수재를 대량으로 용융시킬 수 있어 시공작업 중 용융횟수를 최소화시키고 용융불량으로 인한 도막방수층의 시공불량도 미연에 방지할 수 있다.

본 발명은 도막방수재 용융장치를 개시한다. 본 발명은 차량의 적재함에 탑재되고, 후면 상측에 배기구를 가지며, 내부의 하측 양측에 연소실을 각각 갖는 챔버; 이 챔버의 내부에서 연소실의 상측에 위치하고, 고체상의 도막방수재가 투입되는 호퍼와, 용융된 액상의 도막방수재가 외부로 배출되는 배출슈트를 갖는 원통형의 용융탱크; 이 용융탱크의 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 투입된 도막방수재를 교반해주는 교반스크루; 각 연소실에서 소정의 연료를 연소시킴으로써 용융탱크에 투입된 고체상의 도막방수재를 소정온도의 액상으로 용융시키는 복수의 버너; 교반스크루를 소정의 회전수로 회전시키는 구동수단;을 포함한다. 본 발명은 구조가 간단하여 용이하게 제작할 수 있고, 도막방수재를 전체적으로 균일하고 확실하게 용융시킬 수 있음은 물론 도막방수재를 대량으로 용융시킬 수 있어 시공작업 중 용융횟수를 최소화시키고 용융불량으로 인한 도막방수층의 시공불량도 미연에 방지할 수 있다.
