The present invention relates to an uneven type noise buffering material manufacturing device which is implemented so as to cut a noise buffering material in a single specification to a size and a shape as required. The present invention comprises: a horizontal cutting unit which receives a noise buffering material cut by a specification cutting unit in accordance with specifications to transport the same, and which cuts in the horizontal direction the noise buffering material transported by using a plurality of hot wires arranged to be spaced in the vertical direction; and an uneven type cutting unit which allows the noise buffering material transported by the horizontal cutting unit by using a plurality of hot wires arranged to be spaced in the vertical direction and moving in a to-and-fro motion in the vertical direction to be cut in an uneven type shape corresponding to the vertical to-and-fro motion.
본 발명은 단일 규격의 소음 완충재를 필요에 따른 크기 및 형태로 절단할 수 있도록 구현한 요철형 소음 완충재 제조 장치에 관한 것으로, 규격 절단부에 의해 규격에 따라 절단된 소음 완충재를 전달받아 이송시키며, 상하 방향으로 이격 배치된 다수 개의 열선을 이용하여 이송되는 소음 완충재를 수평 방향으로 절단하는 수평 절단부; 및 상하 방향으로 왕복 운동하는 상하 방향으로 이격 배치된 다수 개의 열선을 이용하여 상기 수평 절단부에 의하여 이송되는 소음 완충재를 상하 왕복 운동에 대응하는 요철형으로 절단하는 요철형 절단부를 포함한다.
