The present invention relates to a crime-prevention window for a building which can be used as a crime-prevention window in a normal time to prevent intrusion from the outside, and can allow a user to promptly evacuate from a point at which a fire occurs in an emergency situation such as a fire. The feature configuration of the present invention includes: a fixing frame which has a plate shape in which an installation space is formed, and in which a plurality of installation holes and through-holes formed in the upward and downward directions of the installation space, insertion holes formed in a lengthwise direction to be connected to the through-holes is formed at a lower end thereof, a pair of fixing plates in which a plurality of coupling holes, to which bolts are coupled, protrude from opposite sides thereof, with the installation space therebetween, and a pair of installation recesses are formed on one surface thereof, which is adjacent to the fixing plate, to face each other with the installation space therebetween to be installed to cover one surface of the window installed on a wall body of a building; a plurality of safety bars, upper ends of which are coupled to the installation holes and lower ends of which are coupled to the through-hole; a fixing bar which is coupled to the insertion holes to be attachable and detachable to be adhered to the lower ends of the safety bars coupled to the through-holes, thereby preventing deviation of the safety bars coupled to the installation holes and the through-holes; and a safety device including a pair of springs installed on inner lengthwise walls of the installation recesses, a safety net, opposite ends of one side of which are coupled to the spring such that the safety net is preserved in the form of a roll inside the installation recess, and a plurality of coupling rings provided at an end of an opposite side of the safety net, and installed to be extracted from the inside to the outside of the installation recess.

본 발명은 평상시에는 건축물의 방범창으로 사용되어 외부의 침입을 방지하고, 화재와 같은 비상상황에서는 화재가 발생된 지점으로부터 사용자가 신속히 대피할 수 있는 건축물용 방범창에 관한 것으로, 그 특징적인 구성은 내측에 설치공간이 형성된 판 형상으로, 상기 설치공간의 상,하 방향으로는 복수개의 설치공 및 관통공이 대향되게 형성되고, 하단부에는 상기 관통공과 연결되게 길이 방향으로 형성되는 삽입공이 형성되며, 양측부에는 볼트가 체결되는 복수개의 결합공이 길이 방향으로 형성된 한 쌍의 고정판이 상기 설치공간을 사이에 두고 돌출되게 구비되며, 상기 고정판과 인접한 일측면에는 한 쌍의 설치홈이 상기 설치공간을 사이에 두고 대향되게 형성되어 건축물의 벽체에 설치된 창문의 일면을 감싸도록 설치되는 고정프레임; 상기 설치공에 상단이 결합되고, 상기 관통공에 하단이 결합되는 복수개의 안전바; 상기 관통공에 결합되는 안전바의 하단에 밀착되도록 상기 삽입공에 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 상기 설치공 및 관통공에 결합된 안전바의 이탈을 방지하는 고정바; 상기 설치홈의 길이 방향 내벽에 설치되는 한 쌍의 스프링과, 상기 스프링에 일측 양단이 결합되어 설치홈의 내측에 롤 형태로 보관되는 안전망과, 상기 안전망의 타측 단부에 구비되는 복수개의 결합고리로 구성되어 상기 설치홈의 내측에서 외부로 인출 가능하게 설치되는 안전장치;를 포함하여 구성된다.
