The present invention relates to a fence door locking apparatus and, more specifically, to a fence door locking apparatus (2), wherein first and second coupling members (21, 22) are coupled to each other, such that a locking apparatus is installed in a fence door through screw coupling, not a welding process. According to the present invention, the fence door locking apparatus (2) is manufactured by: a step (s100) of cutting left and right surfaces; a step (s200) of forming first and second insertion holes (213, 223) on a metal plate; a step (s300) of forming a first coupling hole (211) on the metal plate; a step (s400) of forming a second coupling hole (221) on the metal plate; a step (s500) of bending the left and right surfaces of the metal plate; and a step (s600) of dividing the metal plate into the first and second coupling members (21, 22). Accordingly, the locking apparatus (2) is installed in the fence door through screw coupling, not a welding process, such that a tool and human power for welding are not required, thereby enhancing convenience in installation work, reducing installation costs, preventing waste of a space when being loaded on a vehicle to be transferred by the vehicle, and preventing an accident which may occur when horizontality of a loaded object is mismatched.
본 발명은 펜스 출입문 잠금장치(2)에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 제 1 체결부재(21)와 제 2 체결부재(22)가 결합하여 용접공정이 아닌 나사조립을 통해 펜스 출입문에 잠금장치를 설치할 수 있는 펜스 출입문 잠금장치(2)이다. 상기 펜스 출입문 잠금장치(2)는 우측면과 좌측면을 절삭하는 단계(s100), 상기 금속판에 상기 제 1 삽입공(213)과 상기 제 2 삽입공(223)을 형성하는 단계(s200), 상기 금속판에 상기 제 1 체결공(211)을 형성하는 단계(s300), 상기 금속판에 상기 제 2 체결공(221)을 형성하는 단계(s400), 상기 금속판의 좌측면과 우측면을 굽히는 단계(s500), 상기 금속판을 상기 제 1 체결부재(21)와 제 2 체결부재(22)로 나누는 단계(s600)를 포함하여 제조될 수 있다. 본 발명의 펜스 출입문 잠금장치(2)는 용접공정이 아닌 나사조립을 통해 펜스 출입문에 잠금장치를 설치할 수 있게 함으로써, 용접을 위한 공구와 인력이 필요하지 않아 시공 작업의 편의성을 높이고, 시공 비용을 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 차량에 적재하여 이동 시 불필요한 공간의 낭비를 막고 적재물의 수평이 맞지 않아 발생할 수 있는 안전사고를 방지할 수 있다.
