A INTERCEPTION WALL FOR POURING THE CONCRETE
The present invention relates to a concrete interception wall that can guarantee speed and convenience of construction, provide even concrete compaction of a constructed joint portion by a lower interception function of preventing concrete of being leaked at vibrating work after deposition of the concrete to improve durability of a foundation structure and minimize depositing work of the concrete, and can cope with thin or thick rebar and quickly disassemble the concrete interception by an improved frame structure. The concrete interception includes a C-shaped block frame (110) having a lower frame plate (130) provided with a plurality of lower assembly holes (150) at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction through which a block rod (200) fitted in a vertical direction passes, and an upper frame plate (120) provided with a plurality of upper oval holes (140), corresponding to the lower assembly holes, at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction through which the block rod (200) free moves; and a lower cubic interception block (300) made of a foamed material and provided with a plurality of fitting holes (310) at a lower end of a foamed rod (250), corresponding to the lower assembly holes (150), in the longitudinal direction into which the block rod (200) is fitted.
본 발명은 시공작업의 신속성 및 편리성이 보장되고, 콘크리트의 포설 후에 바이브레이팅 작업시에 콘크리트 누설을 방지하는 하부막음 기능에 의해 시공조인트 부위에 균질한 콘크리트 다짐을 제공할 수 있어 기초구조물 전반의 내구성 증진 및 콘크리트 타설작업 시간의 최소화, 프레임구조의 개선으로 얇은 철근이나 굵은 철근에도 범용적 대응과 타설막이의 해체시에 신속한 해체작업이 제공할 수 있는 콘크리트 타설막이를 제공하는 데 있다. 본 발명의 상기 목적은 수직방향으로 끼움 되는 차단봉(200)이 통과하고 그 외주면을 감싸 끼움되는 발포수지봉(250)이 수직으로 이동할 수 있는 지름을 갖고 전면이 개방된 복수의 하부조립공(150)으로 되어 길이방향에 일정간격으로 관통 형성된 하부프레임판(130), 상기 복수의 하부조립공(150)에 대응하여 상기 차단봉(200)이 유격이동할 수 있도록 길이방향에 타원형 상부조립공(140)을 일정간격으로 관통 형성한 상부프레임판(120)으로 구성된 'ㄷ'자형 차단프레임(110)과, 상기 발포수지봉(250)의 하단에서 상기 차단봉(200)에 끼움되는 끼움공(310)을 상기 복수의 하부조립공(150)과 대응해서 길이방향으로 관통형성된 직육면체의 탄성발포체로 된 하부차단블록(300)으로 구성된 콘크리트 타설막이에 의해 달성된다.
