Disclosed are an electric door lock device which is attached to a manual door lock to open and close a door, and a function setting method thereof. According to the present invention, a first thumb turn block and a second thumb turn block of an electric door lock device are coupled to each other with an independently rotatable form. A coupling pin is inserted into or detached from a pinhole formed by connecting the first thumb turn block and the second thumb turn block. The first thumb turn block or the second thumb turn block is rotated to set /change a function in a state in which the coupling pin is detached, and the first thumb turn block and the second thumb turn block are connected to each other not to be independently rotated when the coupling pin is installed on the pinhole.
수동식 도어락에 부착하여 도어를 개폐하는 전동 도어락 장치 및 그 전동 도어락 장치의 기능 설정방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 전동 도어락 장치의 제1 썸턴 블록과 제2 썸턴 블록은 독립되어 단독으로 회전할 수 있는 형태로 결합하고, 결합핀이 제1 썸턴 블록과 제2 썸턴 블록을 연결하여 형성된 핀홀에 삽입되거나 탈착된다. 결합핀이 탈착된 상태에서 제1 썸턴 블록 또는 제2 썸턴 블록을 회전하여 기능을 설정/변경하고, 결합핀이 핀홀에 장착됨으로써 제1 썸턴 블록과 제2 썸턴 블록은 단독으로 회전할 수 없도록 연결된다.
