The present invention relates to a construction method of cold in-place recycling asphalt, a cold in-place recycling asphalt binder, and a cold in-place recycling asphalt mixture, wherein the construction method of cold in-place recycling asphalt comprises steps of: applying a cold in-place modified asphalt binder containing room temperature water-reactive additives and regenerating additives to an aged asphalt surface layer; cutting a surface layer thereof; paving waste asphalt aggregates which are cut at room temperature by mixing, depositing and compacting the same in-place; and overlaying the upper part of the paved asphalt with modified asphalt pavement. A pavement method of cold in-place recycling asphalt of the present invention is an eco-friendly pavement method that does not emit noxious gases in-place.
본 발명은 노화된 아스팔트 표층에 상온 수분반응형 첨가제 및 재생첨가제를 포함하는 현장 상온 개질 아스팔트 바인더를 도포한 후 표층을 노면절삭기로 절삭하여 상온에서 절삭된 폐아스팔트 골재를 현장에서 혼합, 포설 및 다짐하여 포장한 후 개질 아스팔트 포장을 덧씌우기 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현장 상온 재생 아스팔트 시공방법 및 현장 상온 재생 아스팔트 바인더, 현장 상온 재생 아스팔트 혼합물에 관한 것이다.
