PORTABLE POLYUREA REGIN SPRAYING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a portable polyurea resin spraying device, and more specifically, a portable polyurea resin applying device which applies a polyurea resin to cracks or an empty space after waterproof work in order to perform waterproof repair work. The portable polyurea resin applying device comprises: a base plate; a dispensing part provided on the base plate, having storage tanks on an upper portion thereof for respectively storing different liquid waterproof agents so that the liquid waterproof agents are supplied from the storage tanks, separating the liquid waterproof agents supplied by compressed air from a compressor installed on the base plate, and pumping and discharging the liquid waterproof agents to a discharge pipe; a mixing part installed on an applying gun and connected to an end of the discharge pipe so that the liquid waterproof agents discharged from at least one discharge pipes are mixed and stirred while being moved by a transfer screw by a predetermined distance; an air supply pipe connected to the mixing part in the dispensing part and supplying the compressed air so that different types of the liquid waterproof agents mixed in the mixing part are pumped and discharged through a spray nozzle installed at an end of the mixing part; and a heating unit having a heating line installed in an air supply pipe coupled to the applying gun in order to heat the air supply pipe (126) and the compressed air by using the power applied from a power supply unit. Thus, the portable polyurea resin applying device allows different types of the liquid waterproof agents to keep a room temperature low pressure state despite changes in the temperature of a workplace, thereby keeping the properties of the polyurea resin, and is easy to carry and convey such that repair work is performed with economic efficiency and improved workability.
본 발면은 휴대용 폴리우레아 수지 분사장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 방수시공된 후 균열 또는 크랙이나 빈 공간에 폴리우레아 수지를 도포시켜 방수 보수작업을 실시하는 휴대용 폴리우레아 수지 도포장치에 있어서, 베이스 플레이트와; 상기 베이스 플레이트에 설치되고, 서로 다른 액상방수재를 각각 저장하는 저장탱크를 상부에 설치하여 저장탱크로부터 액상방수재가 공급되게 하며, 베이스 플레이트에 설치된 콤프레샤에서 공급되는 압축공기로 공급되는 액상방수재를 분리하여 배출관으로 압송배출시키는 분배부와; 상기 배출관 끝단에 연결되어 적어도 하나 이상의 배출관에서 배출되는 액상방수재가 이송스크류에 의하여 일정구간 이동하면서 혼합교반되게 하며 도포건에 설치된 혼합부와; 상기 분배부에서 혼합부에 연결설치되어 혼합부에서 혼합된 이종의 액상방수재가 혼합부 끝단에 설치된 분사노즐로 압송되어 토출되도록 압축공기를 공급하는 에어공급관과; 상기 도포건에 결합된 에어공급관에 히팅라인를 설치하여 전원공급부로부터 인가된 전원으로 에어공급관(126)과 압축공기를 가온시키는 가온부를 포함한다. 따라서, 작업장의 온도변화에도 이종의 액상방수재가 상온저압상태를 유지하게 하여 폴리우레아 수지의 물성이 유지되게 하고, 휴대와 운반을 용이하게 하여 경제적이고 작업성이 향상된 보수보강작업이 이루어질 수 있게 하는 휴대용 폴리우레아 수지 분사장치를 제공한다.
