The present invention relates to a deck system with trusses stacked on a slope surface that is capable of more stably forming a working space and a passage on a slope surface, when aerial work is performed on the slope surface of an industrial or construction site. According to the present invention, the deck system with trusses stacked on a slope surface includes: a base unit having a plurality of base trusses whose one end is supported on the slope surface, truss connectors for fixedly coupling the adjacent trusses at constant intervals, and a work table for a floor layer disposed on top of the plurality of base trusses; and a slant surface installation unit having a plurality of slant trusses whose one side is supported on the slant surface and whose lower end is supported against the base trusses, a work table for a slant portion disposed on top of the plurality of slant trusses to form a first slant layer, safety handrail posts coupled to the plurality of slant trusses, and handrail pipes supported against the safety handrail posts. According to the present invention, the deck system can more stably ensure a working space and a passage on a slope surface, when aerial work is performed on the slope surface of an industrial or construction site. Particularly, repairing and checking can be more safely performed in a high slope area of a large boiler. Furthermore, coupling and removing work can be more simply and safely carried out through the stacked structure.
본 발명은 경사면에 작업공간과 통로를 형성하기 위한 적층형 시스템 데크를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 적층형 시스템 데크는, 적어도 일단이 상기 경사면에 의해 지지되는 다수의 기초트러스와, 인접한 기초트러스를 서로 결합하여 일정 간격으로 고정하는 트러스연결대와, 상기 다수의 기초트러스의 상부에 거치되는 바닥층용 작업대를 구비하는 기초부; 경사부 제1층을 형성하기 위한 것으로서 일측은 상기 경사면에 의해 지지되고 하단은 상기 다수의 기초트러스에 의해 각각 지지되는 다수의 사면트러스와, 상기 다수의 사면트러스의 상부에 거치되어 경사부 제1층을 형성하는 경사부용 작업대와, 상기 다수의 사면트러스에 결합된 안전난간기둥과, 상기 안전난간기둥에 의해 지지되는 난간파이프를 구비하는 사면설치부를 포함한다.본 발명에 따르면 산업현장 또는 건설현장의 경사면에서 고소작업을 할 때 보다 안정적인 작업공간과 이동통로를 확보할 수 있다. 특히 대형 보일러 내부의 고소 경사부에서의 정비 및 점검 작업을 보다 안전하게 수행할 수 있다. 또한 적층형 조립식 구조로 인해 설치 및 해체 작업을 보다 간편하고 안전하게 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

According to the present invention, the deck system can more stably ensure a working space and a passage on a slope surface, when aerial work is performed on the slope surface of an industrial or construction site. Particularly, repairing and checking can be more safely performed in a high slope area of a large boiler. Furthermore, coupling and removing work can be more simply and safely carried out through the stacked structure.
본 발명은 경사면에 작업공간과 통로를 형성하기 위한 적층형 시스템 데크를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 적층형 시스템 데크는, 적어도 일단이 상기 경사면에 의해 지지되는 다수의 기초트러스와, 인접한 기초트러스를 서로 결합하여 일정 간격으로 고정하는 트러스연결대와, 상기 다수의 기초트러스의 상부에 거치되는 바닥층용 작업대를 구비하는 기초부; 경사부 제1층을 형성하기 위한 것으로서 일측은 상기 경사면에 의해 지지되고 하단은 상기 다수의 기초트러스에 의해 각각 지지되는 다수의 사면트러스와, 상기 다수의 사면트러스의 상부에 거치되어 경사부 제1층을 형성하는 경사부용 작업대와, 상기 다수의 사면트러스에 결합된 안전난간기둥과, 상기 안전난간기둥에 의해 지지되는 난간파이프를 구비하는 사면설치부를 포함한다.본 발명에 따르면 산업현장 또는 건설현장의 경사면에서 고소작업을 할 때 보다 안정적인 작업공간과 이동통로를 확보할 수 있다. 특히 대형 보일러 내부의 고소 경사부에서의 정비 및 점검 작업을 보다 안전하게 수행할 수 있다. 또한 적층형 조립식 구조로 인해 설치 및 해체 작업을 보다 간편하고 안전하게 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
