Tree guard device
The present invention relates to a device for being able to stably support a tree without disturbing growth of the tree and to efficiently supply running water to the tree. The device comprises: a guard unit including a cover body which forms a space where the running water is collected and is installed to cover earth on the surface of the ground along the periphery of the tree, a cover which covers an opening of an upper part of the cover body, and a pressing member which is coupled to inner wall of the cover to press the earth on the surface of the ground; a guide unit installed on a side of the guard unit and including a guide body which forms a space receiving the running water flowing therein and a supply hole supplying the flowing-in running water under the ground, a filter which is coupled along the supply hole within the guide body, and a guide cover which covers an upper opening of the guide body; a water storage unit installed on a side of the guard unit in order to be connected to the guide unit and including a water storage pipe which forms a space where the running water flows into and is stored, and an illumination module which is coupled to an upper part of the water storage pipe; a supply unit including a supply tube which is formed in a hollow cylinder shape and provided with a plurality of drainage holes on a surface thereof to be coupled to the supply hole at a lower part of the guide body, and a retaining member which is arranged within the supply tube to retain the running water supplied through the supply hole; and a support unit including a plurality of support frames of which lower ends are coupled to the guide cover and upper ends support the tree, a coupling member which couples the lower ends of the support frames to the guide unit so that the support frames can pivot inwardly and outwardly, and a reinforcing member which is coupled to the upper ends of the plurality of support frames while connecting the same to one another to surround the surface of the tree.
본 발명은 수목의 성장에 방해를 주지 않으면서 수목을 안정적으로 지지하고, 유수를 수목에 효율적으로 공급할 수 있는 장치에 관한 것으로, 유수가 집수되는 공간을 형성하며 수목 주변을 따라 지표의 토사를 덮도록 설치되는 덮개 본체, 상기 덮개 본체의 상부 개구를 커버하는 덮개 커버 및, 상기 덮개 커버의 내벽에 결합되어 지표의 토사를 가압하는 가압 부재로 이루어지는 보호 유닛; 유수가 유입되는 공간과 유입된 유수가 하부 지중으로 공급되는 공급 홀을 형성하는 가이드 본체, 상기 가이드 본체 내부에서 상기 공급 홀을 따라 결합되는 필터 및, 상기 가이드 본체의 상부 개구를 커버하는 가이드 커버로 이루어져, 상기 보호 유닛의 측부에 설치되는 가이드 유닛; 유수가 유입되어 저수되는 공간을 형성하는 저수관 및 상기 저수관의 상부에 결합되는 조명 모듈로 이루어져, 상기 가이드 유닛과 연결되도록 상기 보호 유닛의 측부에 설치되는 저수 유닛; 중공의 통 형상으로 표면에는 다수의 배수 홀이 형성되어 상기 가이드 본체 하부에서 상기 공급 홀에 결합되는 공급관 및, 상기 공급관 내부에 배치되어 상기 공급 홀을 통하여 공급되는 유수를 함수하는 함수 부재로 이루어지는 공급 유닛; 및, 하단이 상기 가이드 커버에 체결되고 상단이 수목을 지지하는 다수의 지지 프레임, 상기 지지 프레임이 내외측으로 힌지 회동 가능하도록 상기 지지 프레임의 하단을 상기 가이드 유닛에 체결시키는 체결 부재, 및, 다수의 상기 지지 프레임의 상단을 서로 연결하면서 체결되어 수목의 표면을 감싸는 보강 부재로 이루어지는 지지 유닛;을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a device for being able to stably support a tree without disturbing growth of the tree and to efficiently supply running water to the tree.
