The present invention relates to an insulated metal glass door frame and the objective of the present invention is to realize indoor and outdoor insulation of the insulated metal glass door frame forming a glass door so as to maximize insulation effects by the glass door. According to the present invention, the insulated metal glass door frame comprises: a frame member extruded in a rectangular box shape and having an insulation coupling part formed on one side; a foamed insulation layer attached on the inner surface of the frame member; and an insulation coupler insulating and coupling two frame members to form a door frame. Accordingly, by comprising the frame member forming the insulation coupling part at one side, the foamed insulation layer attached on the inner surface of the frame member, and the insulation coupler insulating and coupling two frame members to form a door frame, it is possible to maximize heat and sound insulation of the inner and outer surfaces of the door frame forming the metal glass door.
본 발명은 단열 금속 유리문 문프레임에 관한 것으로서, 유리문을 형성하는 금속 유리문 문프레임의 실내외 단열이 이루어지게 하여 유리문에 의한 단열효과를 극대화할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 금속 유리문 문프레임에 있어서, 사각 박스형상으로 압출성형되며 일측으로 단열결속부를 형성하는 틀부재와 상기 틀부재의 내면에 부착형성된 발포단열층, 두 개의 틀부재를 단열결속시켜 문프레임을 형성하게 하는 단열결속구로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 일측으로 단열결속부를 형성하는 틀부재와 상기 틀부재의 내면에 부착형성된 발포단열층, 두 개의 틀부재를 단열결속시켜 문프레임을 형성하게 하는 단열결속구로 구성함으로써, 금속 유리문을 형성하는 문프레임의 내외면 단열 및 차음이 극대화되는 효과를 갖는 것이다.
