The present invention relates to an elastic filler composition for artificial turf containing elvan, which includes: 100-150 parts by weight of unvulcanized natural rubber or styrene-based block copolymer; 0.5-20 parts by weight of inorganic pigment; 1-40 parts by weight of process oil; 1-20 parts by weight of stearic acid emulsifier; 0.5-10 parts by weight of coloring agent; and 0.5-10 parts by weight of antioxidant based on 100 parts by weight of elvan formed of feldspar porphyry among igneous rocks. The method manufactures an environmentally friendly filler by using an elastic filler composition for artificial turf containing elvan. The elastic filler manufacturing method for artificial turf containing elvan includes: a step (a) of primarily mixing the composition; a step (b) of secondarily mixing the mixture to be suitable for an extruder input; a step (c) of putting the secondarily mixed mixture into an extruder and extruding the mixture; and a step (d) of cooling and cutting the extruded filler. Therefore, the elastic filler manufacturing method for artificial turf provided by the present invention is environmentally friendly by containing major functions including the heavy metal decomposition action, mineral elusion action, water quality control action, oxygen containing action, and far-infrared radiation action of elvan.
본 발명은 맥반석을 함유한 인조잔디용 탄성 충진재 조성물에 있어서, 화성암류 중에서 장석반암으로 조성된 맥반석 100 중량부에 대하여, 미 가황 천연고무 또는 스티렌계 블록 공중합체 100 ~ 150 중량부와, 무기질 안료 0.5 ~ 20 중량부와, 프로세스 오일 1 ~ 40 중량부와, 스테아르산 유화제 1 ~ 20 중량부와, 착색제 0.5 ~ 10 중량부와, 노화 방지제 0.5 ~ 10 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 맥반석을 함유한 인조잔디용 탄성 충진재 조성물에 관한 것이다. 또한, 상기 맥반석을 함유한 인조잔디용 탄성 충진재 조성물을 이용하여 친환경적인 충진재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 상기 조성물을 제1차 혼합하는 단계와, (b) 상기 혼합물을 압출기 투입에 적합하도록 제2차 혼합하는 단계와, (c) 상기 제2차 혼합된 혼합물을 압출기에 투입하여 압출하는 단계 및 (d) 압출된 충진재를 냉각 절단하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 맥반석을 함유한 인조잔디용 탄성 충진재 제조방법에 관한 것이다.따라서 본 발명은 맥반석의 중금속 분해작용, 미네랄 용출작용, 수질 조절작용, 산소 함유작용 및 원적외선 방사작용 등 주요 기능이 함유된 친환경적인 인조잔디용 탄성 충진재 제조방법을 제공한다.
