MAT FOR PROTECTING LAWN GRASS
The present invention relates to a mat for protecting lawn, applied to an elastic wire rod. The mat for protecting lawn is installed by injection molding and is used to protect lawn by being installed on the ground on which the lawn is planted. The mat for protecting lawn includes: a base frame of a square structure, installed at an edge; and a lawn vegetation space unit integrally installed and connected to the inside of the base frame and having a grid structure of a predetermined shape, wherein the lawn vegetation space unit has a lawn passing space inside. A first elastic wire rod is installed in the base frame, and a hollow is formed. So, the first elastic wire rod is inserted into the hollow of the base frame or is embedded by an insert injection method when the mat for protecting lawn is injected and molded. The elastic wire rod includes a coil-shaped body and can be elastic and shrunk or expanded. According to the present invention, a stepped part of the mat for protecting lawn can be rapidly and elastically recovered by the external force applied by composition in which the elastic wire rod is applied onto the mat for protecting lawn. Moreover, the mat for protecting lawn can solve a phenomenon that the rest part such as the edge except for the stepped part by the external force is lifted up. Moreover, the mat for protecting lawn can obtain durability and improve impact absorbing and shock buffering functions by an elastic action by application of the elastic wire rod. In addition, the mat for protecting lawn can prevent sliding by using an antiskid layer and a lawn protection protruding unit and can be used on a curved ground surface.
본 발명은 탄성선재를 적용한 잔디보호용 매트에 관한 것으로서, 사출 성형으로 구비되고, 잔디가 심겨진 지면에 배치되어 잔디를 보호하는데 사용되는 잔디보호매트에 있어서, 가장자리에 위치되는 사각구조의 베이스프레임틀; 베이스프레임틀의 내부에 연결 형성 및 일체로 구비되고, 일정형상의 격자배열구조를 갖되 그 내부에 잔디통과공간을 갖는 잔디식생공간부;를 포함하며, 상기 베이스프레임틀에는 제1탄성선재가 내재되는 구성을 갖도록 하되, 중공을 형성하여 제1탄성선재를 끼워 넣는 형태로 배치하거나 잔디보호매트를 사출 성형시 인서트 사출방식으로 제1탄성선재를 매립시켜 구비하며, 상기 제1탄성선재는 코일형 몸체로 구비하여 탄성과 더불어 신축(伸縮)이 가능한 구성을 갖게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 잔디보호매트 상에 탄성선재를 접목한 구성을 통해 인가된 외력이 해제시 밟힘 부분의 빠른 탄성 회복을 수행할 수 있고, 외력에 의해 밟히는 부분 이외의 가장자리 등 나머지 부분이 위로 들리는 현상을 개선할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 탄성선재의 접목에 의한 탄성작용을 통해 충격흡수 및 완충기능을 향상시키면서 내구성을 확보할 수 있고, 미끄럼방지층 및 잔디보호돌부 등을 통해 미끄럼을 방지할 수 있으며, 굴곡진 지면에서도 사용할 수 있다.
