FLOORING FOR IMPACT ABSORBTION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a flooring material and to a manufacturing method thereof. The flooring material has a surface layer, an embossed sheet and a back layer, sequentially laminated from the top, wherein the embossed sheet is thermally treated by applying an adsorption composition containing ion exchange resin powder on the top of an air cap sheet after plasma-treatment on a surface of the air cap sheet, and at least one or two layers selected from the surface layer and the back layer include a kapok fiber sheet.
본 발명은 상부로부터 표면층, 엠보싱 시트 및 이면층이 순차적으로 적층된 바닥재로서, 상기 엠보싱 시트는 에어캡 시트 표면을 플라즈마 처리 후, 상기 에어캡 시트 상부에 이온교환수지 분말을 포함하는 흡착조성물을 도포하여 열처리를 한 것이고, 상기 표면층 및 이면층에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 층은 카폭섬유시트를 포함하는 충격흡수용 바닥재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a flooring material and to a manufacturing method thereof.
