A COVER FOR HOIST
The present invention relates to a cover to cover a hoist connected to a sluice installed on a waterway via a rack bar to vertically move the sluice and, more specifically, to a cover for a hoist to lift a cover when lifting the cover for repairing, inspecting, or replacing a hoist without using external equipment such as a crane. The cover for a hoist covers a hoist (10) connected to a sluice (1) installed on a waterway via a rack bar (11) to vertically move the sluice (1), and comprises: a cover body (100) having an accommodation space formed therein to accommodate the hoist (10), an opened lower portion, a rack bar penetration hole (110) formed on an upper portion thereof to allow the rack bar (11) to pass therethrough, and a door (120) formed on one side thereof; and a rack bar fixing unit (200) including a stationary case (210) installed on an upper portion of the rack bar penetration hole (110) to a prescribed height, wherein an upper and a lower portion thereof are opened to communicate with the rack bar penetration hole (110) to allow the rack bar (11) to pass therethrough, a pin penetration hole (220) formed by horizontally penetrating both side walls of the stationary case (210) facing each other, and a fixing pin (230) to be hung in a space between a plurality of rack bar pins (11a) which penetrate the pin penetration hole (220) and are separated from each other in a longitudinal direction of the rack bar (11). When operating the hoist (10) to vertically move the rack bar (11), the hoist cover can be vertically moved with the rack bar (11).
본 발명은 수로상에 설치된 수문과 랙크바를 매개로 연결되어 수문을 상·하로 이동시키는 권양기를 커버하는 커버에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 권양기의 수리 및 점검 또는 교체를 위해 커버 자체를 상부로 들어올리고자 할 때, 크레인과 같은 외부 장비를 사용하지 않고도 들어올릴 수 있도록 된 권양기 커버에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 권양기 커버는, 수로상에 설치된 수문(1)과 랙크바(11)를 매개로 연결되어 상기 수문(1)을 상·하로 이동시키는 권양기(10)를 커버하는 권양기 커버에 있어서, 상기 권양기(10)를 수용하도록 내부에 수용공간 형성되고 하부가 개구되며, 상부에 랙크바(11)가 통과할 수 있는 랙크바관통공(110)이 형성되고, 일측면에 도어(120)가 형성된 커버몸체(100); 상기 랙크바관통공(110)의 상부에 일정 높이로 설치되며 상기 랙크바관통공(110)과 연통되도록 상·하부가 개방되어 상기 랙크바(11)가 관통하도록 된 고정부케이스(210)와, 상기 고정부케이스(210)의 서로 마주보는 양 측벽을 수평 방향으로 관통하여 형성된 핀관통홀(220)과, 상기 핀관통홀(220)을 관통하며 상기 랙크바(11)의 길이 방향을 따라 이격 형성된 다수 개의 랙크바핀(11a)의 사이 공간에 걸리도록 된 고정핀(230)으로 구성된 랙크바고정부(200);로 이루어져, 상기 권양기(10)를 작동하여 상기 랙크바(11)를 상방 또는 하방으로 이동시킬 때, 권양기 커버 역시 상방 또는 하방으로 함께 이동할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
