BUILDING INTEGRATED PHOTO-VOLTAIC USING POWER PLANT BY-PRODUCT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention relates to a building-integrated photovoltaic module in the form of a plate-shaped finishing material for an exterior of a building. A resin layer (21) is formed between a penetration plate (30) and a precast concrete base plate (10) completed in advance. A plate-shaped solar cell (20) is inserted into the resin layer (21). Bottom ash which is a by-product as a granular material is mixed when the base plate (10) is formed. According to the present invention, the concrete base plate (10) becomes thinner to be a thin plate and lightens the weight of the concrete base plate (10). So, the weight of the whole building-integrated photovoltaic module is easily lightened, and constructability can be obtained. As the base plate (10), the solar cell (20), and the penetration plate (30) can be tightly integrated, the building-integrated photovoltaic module provides structural stability and durability. Moreover, the building-integrated photovoltaic module can express various kinds of color by free processing of the penetration plate (30).
본 발명은 건물 외장용 판상 마감재 형식의 건물일체형 태양광 모듈에 관한 것으로, 사전 완성된 프리캐스트 콘크리트제 기반판(10)과 투광판(30) 사이에 수지층(21)이 형성되고, 수지층(21) 내부에 판상 솔라셀(20)이 삽입되되, 기반판(10) 성형시 입상재료(粒狀材料)로서 발전부산물인 바텀애쉬(bottom ash)가 혼입되는 것이다. 본 발명을 통하여, 콘크리트 기반판(10)의 박판화 및 경량화가 가능하여 전체 건물일체형 태양광 모듈의 경량화가 용이하고 시공성을 확보할 수 있고, 기반판(10), 솔라셀(20) 및 투광판(30)간의 긴밀한 일체화가 가능하여 건물일체형 태양광 모듈의 구조적 안정성 및 내구성을 제고할 수 있으며, 투광판(30)의 자유로운 가공을 통하여 다채로운 색상의 표현이 가능한 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
