A light emitting sign apparatus using optical fibers comprises: internal light sources; optical fibers that one ends are optically coupled with the internal light sources; external light sources; and a front panel in which first light exit lenses are arranged in a first region and second light exit lenses are arranged in a second region. The other ends of the optical fibers are optically coupled with the first light exit lenses. The external light sources are optically coupled with the first and second light exit lenses.
