OVERSHOES FOR CLIMBING STEEL-FRAME STRUCTURES
The present invention relates to a safety shoe having a cover for a magnetic material, with which a worker climbs a steel column. The safety shoe comprises: a main body having a first plate in a rear part, on which a foot of a user is seated and fixed, and a second plate in a front part to be extended to be inclined upward from the first plate, wherein the second plate has a latching groove formed to be opened at one side inside, into which a steel structure is inserted and fixed; an auxiliary fixing means disposed respectively on the edges of the upper and lower parts of the latching groove to protrude upward and downward and be extended therefrom in order to ensure support force for the steel structure, and having a magnetic material exposed toward the inside of the latching groove; and a safety belt having both ends joined and fixed to the edges of both sides of the first plate to be supported by and fixed to the top of the foot of a user. The auxiliary fixing means includes: a base bracket joined to the outside of the latching groove of the second plate; a magnetic material disposed on the front side toward the latching groove of the base bracket; a cover for a magnetic material installed to make the base bracket fixed to the front side of the magnetic material; and a fastening member fastening the base bracket and the cover for a magnetic material at the same time to the second plate. Accordingly, a cover for a magnetic material capable of being attached, detached and replaced is installed at the front side of the magnetic material of the auxiliary fixing means to protect the magnetic material and the base bracket, on which the magnetic material is installed, from friction and wear caused by contact with the structure and allow only a cover for a magnetic material to be detached and replaced when the cover of a magnetic material is worn, thereby saving maintenance costs.
본 발명은 후방에는 작업자의 발이 안착 고정되는 제 1 플레이트가 형성되고 전방에는 상기 제 1 플레이트로부터 상향 경사진 제 2 플레이트가 연장 형성되며, 상기 제 2 플레이트 내측에는 철골 구조물에 삽입 고정되는 걸림홈이 일측으로 개방 형성된 승주신 본체와, 상기 걸림홈의 상, 하부 가장자리에 각각 구비되되 철골 구조물에 대한 지지력 확보를 위해 상, 하측으로 돌출 연장 형성되며, 상기 걸림홈 내측을 향해 자성체가 노출 구비되는 보조 고정수단과, 상기 제 1 플레이트의 양측 가장자리에 그 양단이 연결 고정되어 작업자의 발등에 고정 지지되는 안전벨트로 이루어지는 안전 승주신에 있어서, 상기 보조 고정수단은, 제2플레이트의 걸림홈 외측에 결합되는 베이스 브라켓; 상기 베이스 브라켓의 걸림홈측 전면에 배치되는 자성체; 상기 자성체 전면에서 베이스 브라켓이 고정되도록 설치되는 자성체 커버; 및 상기 베이스 브라켓 및 자성체 커버를 제2플레이트에 동시 결합하는 체결부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성체 커버를 갖는 안전 승주신에 관한 것으로, 보조 고정수단의 자성체 전면에 착탈 및 교환이 가능한 자성체 커버를 설치하여 구조물과의 접촉에 따른 마찰과 마모작용으로부터 자성체 및 자성체가 설치되는 베이스 브라켓이 보호되도록 하여 자성체 커버의 마모시 자성체 커버만을 분리 교체할 수 있기 때문에 유지비용이 절감된다.

The present invention relates to a safety shoe having a cover for a magnetic material, with which a worker climbs a steel column. Accordingly, a cover for a magnetic material capable of being attached, detached and replaced is installed at the front side of the magnetic material of the auxiliary fixing means to protect the magnetic material and the base bracket, on which the magnetic material is installed, from friction and wear caused by contact with the structure and allow only a cover for a magnetic material to be detached and replaced when the cover of a magnetic material is worn, thereby saving maintenance costs.
