Noise reduction type concrete form frame with ultra light weight and high strength
The present invention relates to a noise reduction type ultralight and high-strength concrete mold frame which includes: a rectangular outer frame including a pair of first outer frame members placed opposite each other, and a pair of second outer frame members placed at both ends of the first outer frame members respectively; a corner bracket placed in each corner of the outer frame to connect and fix the first and second outer frame members; an integrated inner frame having a hollow structure with open upper and lower parts and placed inside the outer frame, and including a first integrated inner frame member for connecting a pair of the first outer frame members, and a second integrated inner frame member extended from the first integrated inner frame member in both lateral directions to connect a pair of the second outer frame members; and an inner bracket connecting and fixing the integrated inner frame and the outer frame. Since the first and second integrated inner frame members are integrated through twinning-induced plasticity steel, the provided concrete mold frame is light and strong and can be manufactured at a low cost.
본 발명은 소음저감형 초경량 고강도 콘크리트 거푸집 프레임에 관한 것으로, 서로 대향되게 배치되는 한 쌍의 제1외부프레임부재와, 상기 제1외부프레임부재의 양단에 각각 배치되는 한 쌍의 제2외부프레임부재를 갖는 직사각형 형상의 외부프레임과, 상기 외부프레임의 모서리에 각각 배치되어 상기 제1외부프레임부재와 상기 제2외부프레임부재를 연결, 고정하는 코너브라켓과, 하부와 단부가 개방된 중공 구조를 가지고 상기 외부프레임의 내측에 배치되되, 상기 한 쌍의 제1외부프레임부재를 연결하기 위한 제1일체형내부프레임부재와, 상기 제1일체형내부프레임부재로부터 양측방향으로 연장되어 상기 한 쌍의 제2외부프레임부재를 연결할 수 있는 제2일체형내부프레임부재를 갖는 일체형내부프레임 및 상기 일체형내부프레임과 상기 외부프레임을 연결, 고정하는 내부브라켓을 포함하되, 상기 제1일체형내부프레임부재와 상기 제2일체형내부프레임부재는 트윕강을 이용하여 일체로 형성됨으로써 가볍고 강도가 높으며 저렴한 비용으로 제조할 수 있는 소음저감형 초경량 고강도 콘크리트 거푸집 프레임을 제공한다.
