APPARATUS FOR FIXING TUNNEL ROOF STRUCTURE AND TUNNEL ROOF SYSTEM USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a device for fixing a tunnel roof structure, capable of improving structural stability by reinforcing rigidity, and a soundproof and solar power generation tunnel roof system using the same. According to the present invention, the device for fixing a tunnel roof structure includes: a base frame member (100) including a hollow unit (110) having a through structure in the lower part and including a lower gasket groove unit (120) individually having a groove at both ends of the upper part, wherein the base frame member (100) includes a middle fixing unit (130) formed by protruding from the middle of the upper part; a lower gasket member (200) including a lower insertion protrusion (210) on the lower surface and a lower pressing protrusion (220) on the upper surface, wherein the lower insertion protrusion (210) is connected by being inserted into the groove of the lower gasket groove unit and the lower pressing protrusion (220) has elasticity; a roof panel member (300) installed to be adjacent to the lower pressing protrusion of the lower gasket member; an upper gasket member (400) including an upper pressing protrusion (410) on the lower surface on both sides and also including an upper insertion protrusion (420) on the upper surface on the both sides, wherein the upper pressing protrusion (410) has the elasticity by being in contact with the roof panel member; an upper frame member (500) including an upper gasket groove unit (510) with the groove at each of both lower ends and also including a connection protrusion (520) protruding from the outer surface on the both sides, wherein the upper insertion protrusion of the upper gasket member is inserted and connected to the groove; and a finishing cam member (600) covering the upper frame member by being inserted into the connection protrusion (520). The base frame member includes a drain between the lower gasket groove unit and the middle fixing unit, and a predetermined gap (BB) is installed between an end of the roof panel member and the middle fixing unit.
본 발명에 따른 터널지붕 구조 고정장치는 하부에 통공구조를 갖는 중공부(110)를 구비하고, 상부 양측단에 각각 홈이 형성된 하부가스켓홈부(120)을 구비하며, 상부 가운데 돌출되어 형성된 중간고정부(130)를 구비한 베이스프레임부재(100); 하면에 상기 하부가스켓홈부의 홈에 끼워져 결합되는 하부끼움돌기(210)과 상면에 탄성력을 갖는 하부압착돌기(220)를 구비한 하부가스켓부재(200); 상기 하부가스켓부재의 하부압착돌기에 접하여 구비되는 지붕판부재(300); 상기 지붕판부재에 접하며 탄성력을 갖는 상부압착돌기(410)를 양측 하면에 구비하고, 양측 상면에는 상부끼움돌기(420)를 구비한 상부가스켓부재(400); 양측 하단 각각에 상기 상부가스켓부재의 상부끼움돌기가 끼워져 결합되는 홈을 형성한 상부가스켓홈부(510)를 구비하고, 양측 외면에 돌출된 결합돌기(520)을 구비한 상부프레임부재(500); 및 상기 결합돌기에 끼워져 상기 상부프레임부재를 덮는 마감캠부재(600)를 포함하되,상기 베이스프레임부재는 상기 하부가스켓홈부와 상기 중간고정부 사이에 배수로(160)를 구비하고, 상기 지붕판부재의 끝단과 상기 중간고정부 사이에는 소정의 틈새공간(BB)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The base frame member includes a drain between the lower gasket groove unit and the middle fixing unit, and a predetermined gap (BB) is installed between an end of the roof panel member and the middle fixing unit.
