MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ARCHITECTURAL PANEL AND ARCHITECTURAL PANEL MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME
The present invention relates to a construction panel manufacturing apparatus, a construction panel manufacturing method using the same, and a construction panel manufactured using the same. An object of the present invention is to simultaneously form a surface plaster layer having a reinforcing mesh on both upper and lower surfaces of a porous lightweight panel and to automatically attach a protective sheet on a surface of the surface plaster layer. The present invention comprises: a first mortar application unit applying mortar to upper/lower surfaces of a lightweight panel transferred and supplied by a panel supply unit to form an inner mortar layer; a first transferring roller unit installed between the panel supply unit and the first mortar application unit and guiding the lightweight panel to be transferred towards the first mortar application unit; a mesh placement unit placing and attaching a reinforcing mesh to the inner mortar layer of the lightweight panel transferred and supplied by the panel supply unit; a second mortar application unit applying mortar to the inner mortar layer of the lightweight panel until the reinforcing mesh is buried so as to form an outer mortar layer; a protective sheet placement unit placing and attaching a protective sheet to the outer mortar layer of the lightweight panel; a cutting unit cutting the reinforcing mesh and the protective sheet attached to the lightweight panel into a size of the lightweight panel; a discharge unit transferring and discharging the lightweight panel which has the reinforcing mesh and the protective layer separated and cut by the cutting unit; and a second transferring roller unit disposed between the protective placement unit and the cutting unit, and guiding the lightweight panel to be transferred towards the cutting unit. Accordingly, a surface plaster layer having the reinforcing mesh is integrally formed on upper and lower surfaces of the lightweight panel.
본 발명은 건축패널 제조장치와 이를 이용한 건축패널 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의해 제조된 건축패널에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 다공성 경량패널의 상하부면에 보강메쉬를 구비하는 표면미장층이 동시에 형성되고, 표면미장층의 표면에 보호지가 자동부착되도록 하는 것이다. 본 발명은 패널공급부에 의해 이송공급되어지는 경량패널의 상/하부면에 몰탈을 도포하여 내측몰탈층을 형성하는 제1몰탈도포부; 패널공급부와 제1몰탈도포부 사이에 위치하도록 설치되어 제1몰탈도포부 방향으로 경량패널이 이송되도록 가이드하는 제1이송롤러부; 패널공급부에 의해 이송공급되어지는 경량패널의 내측몰탈층에 보강메쉬를 포설/부착시키는 메쉬포설부; 보강메쉬가 매설되도록 경량패널의 내측몰탈층에 몰탈을 도포하여 외측몰탈층을 형성하는 제2몰탈도포부; 경량패널의 외측몰탈층에 보호지를 포설/부착시키는 보호지 포설부; 경량패널에 부착되어 있는 보강메쉬 및 보호지를 경량패널의 크기에 맞게 커팅하는 커팅부; 커팅부에 의해 보강메쉬 및 보호지가 분리재단된 경량패널을 이송배출시키는 배출부; 보호지 포설부와 커팅부 사이에 위치하도록 설치되어 커팅부 방향으로 경량패널이 이송되도록 가이드하는 제2이송롤러부;를 포함하여, 경량패널의 상/하부면에 보강메쉬을 포함하는 표면미장층이 일체로 형성되도록 되어 있다.
