The present invention relates to a frame for repairing a window frame of a concrete construction and a method for repairing a window frame using the same. In the method for repairing a window frame using a double frame, a frame (10) is used, and the frame includes a frame body (11) having an overall flat shape so as to prevent leakage due to a lifting phenomenon of silicon caulking (C) between a balcony (B) and a window frame (F) of a concrete construction, a first contact surface (12) formed in one side end of the frame body (11) and which is flat in a horizontal direction to be adhered to a surface of the balcony (B), a first groove portion (13) formed in the frame body (11) in a front side of an upper portion of the first contact surface (12) and recessed, a second contact surface (14) formed in the other side end of the frame body (11) and which is flat in a vertical direction to be adhered to the surface of the window frame (F), and a second groove portion (15) formed in the frame body (11) in an upper portion of the second contact surface (14). The method for repairing a window frame comprises: a step (S1) for injecting first repairing silicone (R1) in a liquid state along an edge between the balcony (B) and the window frame (F) to cover silicon caulking (C); a step (S3) for injecting second repairing silicone (R2) in a liquid state along the first groove portion (13) to cover surfaces of the first groove portion (13) and the balcony (B); and a step (S4) for injecting third repairing silicone (R3) in a liquid state along the second groove portion (15) to cover surfaces of the second groove portion (15) and the window frame (F).
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 창틀 보수용 프레임 및 그를 이용한 창틀 보수공법에 관한 것이다. 이중 프레임을 이용한 창틀 보수공법은, 콘크리트 구조물의 발코니(B)와 창틀(F) 사이에서 실리콘 코킹(C)의 들뜸 현상에 의한 누수를 방지하기 위하여, 전체적으로 납작한 형태를 가지는 프레임몸체(11)와, 프레임몸체(11)의 일측단에 형성된 것으로서 발코니(B)의 표면에 밀착될 수 있도록 수평 방향으로 편편한 제1밀착면(12)과, 제1밀착면(12)의 상부 전방측 프레임몸체(11)에 형성된 것으로서 옴푹 패여진 제1홈부(13)와, 프레임몸체(11)의 타측단에 형성된 것으로서 창틀(F)의 표면에 밀착될 수 있도록 수직 방향으로 편편한 제2밀착면(14)과, 제2밀착면(14)의 상부측 프레임몸체(11)에 형성된 것으로서 움푹 패여진 제2홈부(15)를 포함하는 프레임(10)을 이용하는 것으로서, 발코니(B)와 창틀(F) 사이에 모서리를 따라 액상의 제1보수실리콘(R1)을 주입하여 실리콘 코킹(C)을 덮는 단계(S1)와; 제1홈부(13)를 따라 액상의 제2보수실리콘(R2)을 주입하여 제1홈부(13)와 상기 발코니(B)의 표면을 덮는 단계(S3)와; 제2홈부(15)를 따라 액상의 제3보수실리콘(R3)을 주입하여 제2홈부(15)와 상기 창틀(F)의 표면을 덮는 단계(S4);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
