The present invention relates to an excluding device for initial rainwater, which removes initial polluted rainwater on a roof of a building or a rooftop in case of rain. Specifically, the excluding device for initial rainwater comprises: a flowmeter measuring the amount of precipitation per a unit area; an initial rainwater removing unit removing the initial rainwater; a rainwater storage tank including a rainwater gauge; and a control panel unit. The excluding device for initial rainwater removes the initial rainwater by opening and closing the initial rainwater removing unit by the control panel unit in accordance with a water level of the flowmeter or removes the initial dirty and polluted rainwater in case of the rain by supplying and storing the rainwater of good quality in a water storage tank. The excluding device for initial rainwater stores the rainwater of the good quality continuously raining in the rainwater storage tank and supplies the rainwater to a place of needing water such as landscaping water and a toilet. So, the excluding device for initial rainwater efficiently uses the rainwater wasted and has a reverse flow preventing function of preventing reverse flow even in severe rain storm.
본 발명은 우천시에 건축물 지붕이나 옥상 등에 내리는 초기의 오염된 빗물을 버리는 초기빗물 배제장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 단위면적당 강수량을 측정하는 유량계와, 초기빗물을 버리는(배제) 초기빗물 배제부, 빗물수위계가 내장된 빗물저수탱크 및 조작판넬부로 구성되어, 유량계의 수위에 따라 조작판넬부에 의해 초기빗물 배제부를 개폐하여 초기빗물을 배제하거나 양질의 빗물을 저수탱크로 공급 저장하여, 우천시 초기의 더럽고 오염된 빗물을 배제하고 계속적으로 내리는 양질의 빗물을 저수탱크에 저수하여 조경수 및 화장실 등의 수요처에 공급 사용함으로서 낭비되는 빗물을 효율적으로 사용하며 집중호우에도 역류되지 않는 역류방지기능을 갖는 초기빗물 배제장치에 관한 것이다.
