Waterproofing Method of tile structure using tile joint
The present invention provides a waterproofing method for a tile using a joint, capable of reducing costs consumed for waterproof construction and inconvenience by reducing time consumed for the waterproof construction. According to the present invention, the waterproofing method for a tile using the joint includes: a step (S1) of forming a cutting groove (10) extended to a filling mortar layer (M) by cutting a gap between a tile (T1) and the other tile (T2) along the joint in a V-shape on a floor which becomes an object for waterproof construction; a step (S2) of forming an impermeable waterproof area (20) enclosing the cutting groove (10) by injecting a first waterproof liquid along the cutting groove (10) and drying the first waterproof liquid after absorbing the first waterproof liquid in the filling mortar layer (M) around the cutting groove (10); and a step (S3) of forming a waterproof joint (30) forming the same surface as the surface of the tiles (T1, T2) by injecting a second waterproof liquid into the cutting groove (10) after the impermeable waterproof area (20) is formed.
본 발명은 방수시공 대상이 되는 바닥측에서, 타일(T1)과 다른 타일(T2) 사이를 줄눈을 따라 V 커팅하여 사춤 몰탈층(M)까지 연장되는 커팅홈(10)을 형성하는 단계(S1)와; 커팅홈(10)을 따라 제1방수액을 투입하여, 그 제1방수액이 상기 커팅홈(10)의 주위의 사춤 몰탈층(M)에 흡습되도록 한 후 건조되게 함으로서, 그 커팅홈(10) 주위를 감싸는 불투수성 방수영역(20)을 형성하는 단계(S2)와; 불투수성 방수영역(20)이 형성된 후 커팅홈(10)에 제2방수액을 투입하여, 타일(T1)(T2) 표면과 동일면을 이루는 방수줄눈(30)을 형성하는 단계(S3);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
