The present invention relates to a rock splitter without vibration. The rock splitter without vibration comprises: a cylinder unit having a damping hole formed on an inner circumference thereof connected to a hydraulic cylinder mounted on construction equipment such as an excavator to move a piston rod by a hydraulic force entering an upper and a lower hydraulic hose and the hydraulic hoses on an upper and a lower side between the upper and the lower hydraulic hose to adjust elasticity of a damping spring by an adjustment bolt by elastically installing a ball bearing into the hydraulic cylinder by the damping spring; a connection unit wherein a lower end of the piston rod of the cylinder unit and an upper end of a center blade are embedded in a cylindrical connection body to be connected; a guide unit wherein the center blade protrudes on an end of a moving pipe by guiding and moving the connection body of the connection unit; and a fixing unit which fixes a fixing cap on the end of the moving pipe of the guide unit to stop and fix a stopping protrusion formed on an upper end of a side blade between the moving pipe and the fixing cap, forms a pressing hole on an outer circumference of the fixing cap, forms a pressure control bolt on an inner side of the pressing hole and an outer side of a pressing cap, and forms a pressure spring between the pressing cap and the pressure control bolt to press an outer side of the side blade at a constant pressure.
본 발명은 무진동 암반 파쇄기에 관한 것으로, 굴삭기 등 건설기기에 장착되어 상하측의 유압호스에 유입되는 유압력에 의해 피스톤로드를 이동시키도록 형성된 유압실린더의 상하측 유압호스 사이의 상하측으로 상기 유압실린더와 유압호스와 연결되는 내경에 유압실린더 내측으로 볼베어링을 완충스프링으로 탄력설치하여 조절볼트에 의해 완충스프링의 탄성을 조절할 수 있도록 완충홀을 형성한 실린더부와, 상기 실린더부의 피스톤로드 하단과 센터칼날의 상단이 원통형상의 연결몸체에 내장되어 연결되도록 형성된 연결부와, 상기 연결부의 연결몸체가 안내 이동되어 이동파이프의 단부에 센터칼날이 돌출되도록 형성한 안내부와, 상기 안내부의 이동파이프 단부에 고정캡을 고정하여 상기 이동파이프와 고정캡의 사이에 사이드 칼날의 상단에 형성된 걸림턱이 걸림되어 고정되며 고정캡 외경에는 가압홀을 형성하고 상기 가압홀의 내측은 가압캡과 외측은 압력조절볼트를 형성하며 상기 가압캡과 압력조절볼트 사이에 압력스프링을 형성하여 사이드칼날 외측을 일정한 압력으로 가압할 수 있도록 형성한 고정부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a rock splitter without vibration.
