Repair and finishing of exterior walls of building to reduce heat transfer

The present invention relates to a repairing and finishing method for an external wall of a building, which reduces transfer of heat. The repairing and finishing method for an external wall of a building includes: a base surface arranging step of arranging a crack part generated on the surface of an external wall of a building; a repairing agent applying step of applying a repairing agent to the crack part of the building arranged; and a painting step of painting paint including glass bubbles in the crack part of the building to which the repairing agent is applied. According to the present invention, the repairing and finishing method for an external wall of a building, which reduces the transfer of the heat, fills the repairing agent in the crack part on the external wall of the building and applies the paint accommodating the glass bubbles on the crack part or the external surface and the crack part. So, the repairing and finishing method for an external wall of a building can simplify a repairing and finishing construction process and can improve strength of the external wall and insulation by using the glass bubbles included in the paint.

본 발명은 열의 전달을 저감시키는 건물 외벽 보수 및 마감 공법에 관한 것으로서, 건물의 외벽 면에 발생한 균열부분을 정리하는 바탕면 정리단계; 정리된 건물의 균열부분에 보수제를 도포하는 보수제 도포단계; 및 상기 보수제가 도포된 건물의 균열부분에 글라스버블이 포함된 페인트를 도장하는 도장단계;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 열의 전달을 저감시키는 건물 외벽 보수 및 마감 공법은 건물 외벽 균열부위 내에 보수제를 채우고, 상기 균열부위 또는 균열부위 및 외면에 글라스버블이 수용된 페인트를 도장하여, 보수 및 마감 공사과정을 간단히 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 페인트에 포함된 글라스버블을 통해 단열 및 외벽의 강도를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
