DEVICE FOR PREVENTING THERMAL DEFORMATION OF FIRE DOOR
The present invention relates to a device for preventing thermal deformation of a fire door, which is possible to prevent a fire door from being twisted by high heat so as to improve fireproof performance by preventing flames from being spread into an outdoor space when generating a fire. The present invention includes: a main body unit installed on a fastening groove formed on one side of a fire door frame and forming a penetration hole in a vertical direction; a bimetal support unit in which one side is fixedly installed on the main body unit, in which the other side is bent in a direction of the penetration hole to cover a lower side entrance of the penetration hole, and in which a shape is deformed in a direction where the other side is far from the penetration hole in accordance with increase of temperature; and a fixing unit which is inserted into the penetration hole in the vertical direction and in which a lower portion is supported by the other bent side of the bimetal support unit.
본 발명은 화재 발생시 화염이 실외로 번지는 형상을 차단하여 내화성능을 향상시키기 위해 고열에 의해 방화문이 비틀리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 구현한 방화문의 열변형 방지장치에 관한 것으로, 방화문 프레임의 일측에 형성된 체결홈에 설치되며, 상하 방향으로 관통홀을 형성하는 본체부; 일측이 상기 본체부에 고정 설치되고, 타측이 상기 관통홀 방향으로 밴딩되어 상기 관통홀의 하측 입구를 덮으며, 온도의 상승에 따라 타측이 상기 관통홀로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 형태가 변형되는 바이메탈 지지부; 및 상기 관통홀에 상하 방향으로 삽입되며, 상기 바이메탈 지지부의 밴딩된 타측에 의해 하부가 지지되는 고정부를 포함한다.
