3 Manufacturing method of artificial turf mat with pile yarn of triple structure
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for an artificial turf mat having a pile yarn with a triple structure, comprising: (a) a step of acquiring the pile yarn with the triple structure from a spinning machine; (b) a step of performing a turfting weaving of the pile yarn with the triple structure on a piece of foaming paper; and (c) a step of heating a rear surface of the piece of foaming paper by heat of thermosetting or a front surface back coating process. Accordingly, according to the present invention, the artificial turf mat with the triple structure comprises: a first pile in a straight shape; and a second pile and a third pile in a crimped shape. The crimped extent is different between the second pile and the third pile to vertically support the first pile. The present invention is able to improve a vertical strength, to enhance a repulsive power and a rolling of a ball, to develop a user′s athletic performance, and to prevent an injury.
본 발명은 3중 구조의 파일원사를 가지는 인조잔디매트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 방사기에서 3종의 파일원사를 얻는 단계, (b) 기포지에 상기 3종의 파일원사를 터프팅 제직하는 단계, (c) 열융착 또는 전면 백 코팅 공정의 열로 기포지의 뒷면을 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3중 구조의 파일원사를 가지는 인조잔디매트 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 제조방법에 따라 제조되는 3중 구조의 인조잔디매트는 직모 형태의 제1 파일과, 크림프 형태의 제2, 제3 파일로 구성하여 상기 제2 파일과 제3 파일의 크림프 정도를 각각 달리하여, 상기 제1 파일을 수직으로 지탱해주는 역할을 하게함으로서, 수직강도를 향상하여 공의 반발력과 공 구름을 개선하여 사용자의 경기력 향상 및 부상을 예방하는 3중 구조의 파일원사를 가지는 인조잔디매트 제조방법을 제공한다.
