Silicon maintenance drones for high-rise building windows
The present invention relates to a silicon maintenance drone for a window of a high-rise building, comprising: a flight power unit (101) for a fight by an aircraft (10); a camera unit which films a video; a control unit (103) which controls an operation of the flight power unit (101) and the camera unit (102); a wireless communication unit (104) which performs a communication with a controller (2); a tool driving unit (20) which has a detachable tool which selectively performs one process of removing aged silicon built on the window (W), cleaning the removed silicon, spreading a primer on a surface for the work, and spreading silicon on the surface for the work; a primer spreading unit (30) which spreads the primer on the surface for the work; and a silicon spreading unit (40) which spreads silicon on the surface for the work. According to the present invention, the silicon maintenance drone for the window of the high-rise building is able to safely and rapidly perform a silicon maintenance work to remove aged silicon from a window of a high-rise building, to clean the removed silicon, and to spread a primer and silicon on a surface for the work.
본 발명은 고층 건축물 창호의 실리콘 유지 보수용 드론에 관한 것으로서, 비행체(10)의 비행을 위한 비행동력부(101)와, 영상을 촬영하는 카메라부(102)와, 상기 비행동력부(101)와 카메라부(102)의 작동을 제어하는 제어부(103)와, 조종기(2)와 통신을 수행하는 무선통신부(104)를 구비한 드론에 있어서, 창호(W)에 시공된 노후화된 실리콘을 제거하거나, 제거된 실리콘을 청소하거나, 작업면에 프라이머를 도포하거나, 작업면에 실리콘을 도포하는 작업 중 어느 한 가지를 선택적으로 수행하는 툴이 착탈되는 툴구동부(20); 상기 작업면에 프라이머를 도포하는 프라이머도포부(30); 상기 작업면에 실리콘을 도포하는 실리콘도포부(40);를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 고층 건축물의 창호에서 노후화된 실리콘을 제거하고, 제거된 실리콘을 청소한 후, 작업면에 프라이머와 실리콘을 도포하는 실리콘 유지 보수 작업을 안전하고, 신속하게 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
