CARGO BOX AUTOMATIC LOCK DEVICE FOR SCUM DUMP AND DUMP TRUCK
According to the present invention, a device for automatically locking a cargo box for a waste truck and a dump truck to automatically open and close a rear door of a cargo box of a waste truck and a dump truck comprises: a fixing member installed on a vehicle body frame of the waste truck and the dump truck; a connection member having a set length, wherein one end thereof is fixed on the fixing member; a holding member wherein one end thereof is coupled to the other end of the connection member to be connected to the fixing member by the connection member; a first support member installed on a lower surface of the cargo box to rotatably support the holding member and expose the other end of the holding member to an outer side of a rear surface of the cargo box; and a second support member coupled to the lower surface of the cargo box to support one end of the holding member and separate the one end of the holding member from the lower surface of the cargo box. The first and the second support member change positions in accordance with an inclination change of the cargo box with respect to the vehicle body frame and induce a tension change of the connection member. The holding member rotates with respect to the first support member by the tension change of the connection member, and the other end thereof is tightly attached to or separated from the rear door. The device can be used without a separate manual operation. Therefore, convenience and safety in work can be improved.
본 발명은 진개덤프 및 덤프트럭의 적재함 후면도어를 자동으로 개폐시키기 위한 진개덤프 및 덤프트럭용 적재함 자동잠금장치에 있어서, 상기 진개덤프 및 덤프트럭의 차체프레임에 설치되는 고정부재; 일단이 상기 고정부재에 고정되고, 설정된 길이를 갖는 연결부재; 일단이 상기 연결부재의 타단에 결합되어 상기 연결부재에 의해 상기 고정부재와 연결되는 홀딩부재; 상기 적재함 저면에 설치되어 상기 홀딩부재를 회동가능하게 지지하면서 상기 홀딩부재의 타단을 상기 적재함의 후면 외측으로 노출시키는 제1 지지부재; 및 상기 적재함 저면에 결합되어 상기 홀딩부재의 일단을 상기 적재함 저면과 이격된 상태로 지지하는 제2 지지부재를 포함할 수 있고, 상기 제1 지지부재와 상기 제2 지지부재는, 상기 차체프레임에 대한 상기 적재함의 기울기변화에 따라 상호 위치가 달라지면서 상기 연결부재의 장력변화를 유도하며, 상기 홀딩부재는, 상기 연결부재의 장력변화에 의해 상기 제1 지지부재를 기준으로 회동하면서 타단이 상기 후면도어와 밀착 또는 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 별도의 수동조작 없이 사용이 가능해지므로, 작업의 편의성 및 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

According to the present invention, a device for automatically locking a cargo box for a waste truck and a dump truck to automatically open and close a rear door of a cargo box of a waste truck and a dump truck comprises: a fixing member installed on a vehicle body frame of the waste truck and the dump truck; a connection member having a set length, wherein one end thereof is fixed on the fixing member; a holding member wherein one end thereof is coupled to the other end of the connection member to be connected to the fixing member by the connection member; a first support member installed on a lower surface of the cargo box to rotatably support the holding member and expose the other end of the holding member to an outer side of a rear surface of the cargo box; and a second support member coupled to the lower surface of the cargo box to support one end of the holding member and separate the one end of the holding member from the lower surface of the cargo box. The first and the second support member change positions in accordance with an inclination change of the cargo box with respect to the vehicle body frame and induce a tension change of the connection member. The holding member rotates with respect to the first support member by the tension change of the connection member, and the other end thereof is tightly attached to or separated from the rear door. The device can be used without a separate manual operation. Therefore, convenience and safety in work can be improved.
본 발명은 진개덤프 및 덤프트럭의 적재함 후면도어를 자동으로 개폐시키기 위한 진개덤프 및 덤프트럭용 적재함 자동잠금장치에 있어서, 상기 진개덤프 및 덤프트럭의 차체프레임에 설치되는 고정부재; 일단이 상기 고정부재에 고정되고, 설정된 길이를 갖는 연결부재; 일단이 상기 연결부재의 타단에 결합되어 상기 연결부재에 의해 상기 고정부재와 연결되는 홀딩부재; 상기 적재함 저면에 설치되어 상기 홀딩부재를 회동가능하게 지지하면서 상기 홀딩부재의 타단을 상기 적재함의 후면 외측으로 노출시키는 제1 지지부재; 및 상기 적재함 저면에 결합되어 상기 홀딩부재의 일단을 상기 적재함 저면과 이격된 상태로 지지하는 제2 지지부재를 포함할 수 있고, 상기 제1 지지부재와 상기 제2 지지부재는, 상기 차체프레임에 대한 상기 적재함의 기울기변화에 따라 상호 위치가 달라지면서 상기 연결부재의 장력변화를 유도하며, 상기 홀딩부재는, 상기 연결부재의 장력변화에 의해 상기 제1 지지부재를 기준으로 회동하면서 타단이 상기 후면도어와 밀착 또는 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 별도의 수동조작 없이 사용이 가능해지므로, 작업의 편의성 및 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
