Vegetation Mat using Perforated Non Woven Fabric

The present invention relates to a vegetation mat structure using perforated non-woven fabric which is installed on soil of a cut ground portion such as a bank to prevent loss of soil. The vegetation mat structure using perforated non-woven fabric comprises: a seed layer (300); and a perforated non-woven fabric layer (100) installed on an upper surface of the seed layer (300). The seed layer (300) includes: a lower layer (310) consisting of a pulp layer; an upper layer (320) which consists of a coconut mat, and is overlapped and integrally combined with an upper portion of the lower layer (310); and plant seeds (330) scattered between the lower and the upper layer (310, 320). The perforated non-woven fabric layer (100) includes first non-woven fabric (110) needle-punched and made of a synthetic resin material; second non-woven fabric (120) spun-bonded, made of a synthetic resin material, and integrally combined with the first non-woven fabric (110) to be overlapped with the first non-woven fabric (110); and a plurality of perforated holes (130) perforated at preset intervals in a preset diameter to penetrate the upper and lower surfaces of the integrally combined first and the second non-woven fabric (110, 120).

본 발명은 제방 등의 절토 부위 토양에 설치되어 토양의 유실을 방지하는 천공 부직포를 이용한 식생매트 구조에 관한 것으로서, 종자층(300); 및, 상기 종자층(300)의 상부면에 설치되는 천공 부직포층(100);을 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 종자층(300)은, 펄프층으로 이루어진 하부층(310); 코코넛매트로 이루어지며, 상기 하부층(310)의 상부에 겹쳐지면서 일체로 합체되는 상부층(320); 및, 상기 하부층(310)과 상기 상부층(320) 사이에 포설되는 식물종자(330);를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 천공 부직포층(100)은, 합성수지 재질로 제작되며, 니들펀칭(needle-punched) 처리된 제1부직포(110); 합성수지 재질로 제작되며, 상기 제1부직포(110)와 겹쳐지도록 일체로 합체되며, 스펀본드(spun-bonded) 처리된 제2부직포(120); 및, 일체로 합체된 상기 제1부직포(110)와 상기 제2부직포(120)의 상하면을 관통하도록 미리 설정된 간격과 직경으로 천공되는 다수의 천공홀(130);을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
