The present invention relates to a waterproofing material which improves physical properties of existing MMA resins. The urethane-based synthetic resin composition according to the present invention comprises: a synthetic resin binder containing a urethane-based synthetic resin, a main agent and a curing agent; a silica aggregate containing a mixed silica having the diameter of 0.2 to 2 mm; a filler containing silica powder having the diameter of less than 0.2 mm; and a moisture absorbent containing zeolite powder, wherein the synthetic resin binder is 20 to 22 wt%, the mixed silica is 54 to 58 wt%, the filler is 20 to 24 wt%, and the moisture absorbent is 1.00 wt%.
본 발명은 기존 MMA 수지의 물성을 개선한 방수재료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 발명이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따른 우레탄계 합성수지 조성물은 우레탄계 합성수지를 포함하고, 주제와 경화제를 포함하는 합성수지 결합재, 그리고 직경 0.2~ 2mm의 혼합규사를 포함하는 규사 골재, 그리고 직경 0.2mm 미만의 규사분말을 포함하는 채움재, 그리고 제올라이트 분말을 포함하는 흡습재를 포함하고, 상기 합성수지 결합재는 20 ~ 22 중량%, 상기 혼합규사는 54 ~ 58 중량%, 상기 채움재는 20 ~ 24 중량%, 상기 흡습재는 1.00 중량%가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
