Provided in various embodiments of the present invention is a pipe construction apparatus, comprising: a support frame unit at which a pipe is disposed, and which can be fixated at a ceiling portion of a building; a jig frame unit on which the support frame unit is mounted; a lifting unit connected to the jig frame unit, and elevating the jig frame unit along with the support frame unit at which the pipe is disposed; and a guide unit coupled to the lifting unit, and guiding an elevating route of the jig frame unit.
