RS Method for manufacturing rice straw-fiber with shell powders
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly lime rice straw fiber to prevent a loss of a slope of a ground cutting unit and a mounding unit in an RS construction method. According to the present invention, rice straws are ground or crushed and are manufactured in a fiber shape. The rice straw fiber has an effect and a function of forming an organic matter of the rice straw fiber by mixing lime powder in a predetermined ratio. The rice straw fiber mixed with the lime powder completes construction (a seed, organic soil, and an adhesive are mixed with water and are injected during construction) only by being sprayed to a slope of a cutting unit or a mounding unit. So, the method for manufacturing an eco-friendly lime rice straw fiber to prevent a loss of a slope of a ground cutting unit and a mounding unit in an RS construction method can improve moisturizing performance (moisture retaining capacity) and can obtain thermokeeping performance on the soil. 본 발명은 RS공법 성토부, 절토부 법면 유실 방지용 친환경 석회 볏짚 화이버 제조방법에 관한 것이다.이에 본 발명의 기술적 요지는 볏짚을 분쇄 또는 파쇄하여 화이버 형태로 제조하도록 하되, 이러한 볏짚 화이버는 석회분말이 설정된 비율로 혼합되어 유기질한 기능과 효과를 갖도록 하는 것으로, 석회분말이 혼합된 볏짚 화이버는 성토부나 절토부의 법면에 분사하는 것만으로 시공(시공시에는 종자씨, 유기질토, 접착제를 물과 혼합하여 분사함)이 완료되도록 함으로서, 토양에 대한 보온성 확보와 함께 보습성(수분 보유 능력)이 개선되고, 탈수나 건조로부터 토양과 식생을 보호하도록 함은 물론 알칼리성 토양에 대한 볏짚의 중화 기능과 산성 토양에 대한 석회분말의 중화 기능이 보장되어 유기질 토양 개량을 유도하는 바, 이는 성토부나 절토부 법면 및 하천 사면의 생태를 우수하게 복원하거나 녹화시킬 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
