본 발명은 변기통(4)으로부터 분뇨공간(400)으로 세정액저장소(80)로부터 공급된 미네랄 세정액과 함께 배출된 분뇨에 대하여 상기 분뇨공간(400)에 형성된 분뇨체 절단 및 동적에너지 공급장치(40)를 통하여 잘게 부수고 OH 라디컬을 통하여 산화하고 이후 정화장치(300)를 통하여 잘게 부서진 분뇨와 유기물분해가스를 제거한 후 다시 세정액저장소(80)로 공급된다.
