The present invention relates to a push-pull door lock mounted and used for various indoor doors, and more specifically, to a push-pull door lock for an indoor door having a latch unit, which includes: a pair of indoor push-pull door lock having a push-pull lever mounted on a body and having a rotary operator, interlocked with the push-pull lever, a flow rod, and a rotary pulley provided in the body; and a latch unit having a rotary shaft coupled to the rotary pulley. A latch bolt of the latch unit is suitable for the push-pull door lock used in the indoor by being formed to rotate and appear and disappear in a state of being depressed in a predetermined section while the push-pull lever is pushed or pulled. The latch bolt of the latch unit is inserted while being rotated in the state of being depressed in the predetermined section at the pull or push of the push-pull lever of the push-pull door lock. Thus, an interference section between the latch bolt and a metal member of a door frame can be reduced, and a mutual interference impact can be lessened, thereby opening the door more quickly. Noise and abrasion due to the mutual interference can also be reduced, thereby enabling the use of the push-pull door lock in a very silent state and increasing the life thereof. The door can be opened and closed by pushing or pulling the push-pull lever only with a very little force, thereby improving user convenience.
본 발명은 각종 실내용 도어에 장착 사용되는 푸쉬풀 도어락에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 본체에 푸쉬풀레버가 장착되고 상기 본체 내부에는 상기 푸쉬풀레버와 함께 회전되는 회전작동구 및 유동로드와 회전풀리가 구비된 한 쌍의 실내용 푸쉬풀 도어락과, 상기 회전풀리에 결합되는 회전축을 갖는 래치유닛으로 구성된 실내 도어용 푸쉬풀 도어락에 있어서, 상기 래치유닛의 래치볼트는 푸쉬풀레버의 누름 혹은 당김과 동시에 일정 구간 함몰 상태에서 회전 및 출몰 작동되도록 구성함에 따라, 실내에서 사용되는 푸쉬풀 도어락에 적합한 것으로 푸쉬풀 도어락의 푸쉬풀레버에 대한 당김 혹은 누름시 래치유닛 내의 래치볼트가 일정 구간 함몰된 상태에서 회전과 동시에 삽입되므로 도어프레임측 금속부재와의 간섭 구간의 감소 및 상호 간섭 충격을 줄여줄 수 있어 더욱 신속한 도어의 개방이 이루어질 수 있는 것은 물론 상호 간섭에 의한 소음 및 마모를 줄일 수 있어 매우 정숙한 사용이 가능한 것이고 사용수명 역시 매우 길어질 수 있는 것이며, 매우 가벼운 힘만으로도 푸쉬풀레버를 누르거나 당겨 도어의 개방 및 닫힘이 이루어지도록 할 수 있어 사용상의 편리함이 매우 뛰어난 것이다.
The present invention relates to a push-pull door lock mounted and used for various indoor doors, and more specifically, to a push-pull door lock for an indoor door having a latch unit, which includes: a pair of indoor push-pull door lock having a push-pull lever mounted on a body and having a rotary operator, interlocked with the push-pull lever, a flow rod, and a rotary pulley provided in the body; and a latch unit having a rotary shaft coupled to the rotary pulley. Thus, an interference section between the latch bolt and a metal member of a door frame can be reduced, and a mutual interference impact can be lessened, thereby opening the door more quickly. Noise and abrasion due to the mutual interference can also be reduced, thereby enabling the use of the push-pull door lock in a very silent state and increasing the life thereof. The door can be opened and closed by pushing or pulling the push-pull lever only with a very little force, thereby improving user convenience.
본 발명은 각종 실내용 도어에 장착 사용되는 푸쉬풀 도어락에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 본체에 푸쉬풀레버가 장착되고 상기 본체 내부에는 상기 푸쉬풀레버와 함께 회전되는 회전작동구 및 유동로드와 회전풀리가 구비된 한 쌍의 실내용 푸쉬풀 도어락과, 상기 회전풀리에 결합되는 회전축을 갖는 래치유닛으로 구성된 실내 도어용 푸쉬풀 도어락에 있어서, 상기 래치유닛의 래치볼트는 푸쉬풀레버의 누름 혹은 당김과 동시에 일정 구간 함몰 상태에서 회전 및 출몰 작동되도록 구성함에 따라, 실내에서 사용되는 푸쉬풀 도어락에 적합한 것으로 푸쉬풀 도어락의 푸쉬풀레버에 대한 당김 혹은 누름시 래치유닛 내의 래치볼트가 일정 구간 함몰된 상태에서 회전과 동시에 삽입되므로 도어프레임측 금속부재와의 간섭 구간의 감소 및 상호 간섭 충격을 줄여줄 수 있어 더욱 신속한 도어의 개방이 이루어질 수 있는 것은 물론 상호 간섭에 의한 소음 및 마모를 줄일 수 있어 매우 정숙한 사용이 가능한 것이고 사용수명 역시 매우 길어질 수 있는 것이며, 매우 가벼운 힘만으로도 푸쉬풀레버를 누르거나 당겨 도어의 개방 및 닫힘이 이루어지도록 할 수 있어 사용상의 편리함이 매우 뛰어난 것이다.
