Outside by the door handles open the side of the vehicle crash prevention system
The present invention relates to a device to prevent a door′s outside handle from being opened by a collision with a side of a vehicle. The device comprises: a door′s outside handle assembly (200) installed on a door of a vehicle; a hanging flange (211) penetrating the back of a handle base (220); an operating lever (230) returning a handle housing (210) to its original position through a first spring (234); and a second spring (244) keeping a blocking part (241) lifted up to enable an operating part (231) to freely move forwards. Therefore, in case of a collision with a side, the blocking part (241) blocks the handle housing (210) to prevent the door from opening by itself.
본 발명은 차량의 측면 충돌에 의한 도어 아웃사이드 핸들 열림 방지 장치에 관한 것으로서, 핸들하우징(210) 및 핸들베이스(220)로 구성되어 차량의 도어에 설치되는 도어 아웃사이드 핸들 어셈블리(200); 핸들하우징 일측에 구비되며, 핸들베이스(220) 이면으로 관통되는 걸림플랜지(211); 핸들베이스(220)에 힌지 결합되는 제1힌지부(232)를 중심으로 걸림플랜지(211)의 걸이부(235) 및 작동부(231)가 일체로 회전되게 설치되며, 제1스프링(234)에 의해 핸들하우징(210)을 원위치로 복귀시키는 작동레버(230); 핸들베이스(220)에 힌지 조립되어 작동부(231)의 전방 이동을 막아주는 블록킹부(241)가 제2힌지부(242)와 무게중심이 편심되어 구비된 블록킹레버(240); 작동부(231)의 전방 이동이 자유롭도록 블록킹부(241)가 위로 들린 상태를 유지하게 하는 제2스프링(244);으로 구성하여 측면 충돌 발생 시 블록킹부(241)가 핸들하우징(210) 동작을 블록킹하여 도어가 저절로 열리지 않도록 한 것이다.특히 블록킹레버(240) 양 측면에 스톱퍼돌기(245)를 구비하여 블록킹부(241)가 일정각도 이상 들리지 않도록 하고, 핸들베이스(220)에 안내벽부(222)를 구비하여 블록킹부(241)와 작동부(231)가 안정적 상태로 동작되게 하며, 블록킹부(241)의 일측에 무게가중부(246)를 구비하여 차량의 측면 충돌 발생 시 보다 신속하게 작동부가 블로킹되면서 도어가 저절로 열리는 현상이 효과적으로 방지되게 한 것이다.
