Manhole repair method using manhole lifting and lowering devices
The present invention relates to a repairing method for a manhole, using a manhole lifting device and a rapid hardening composition. The repairing method for a manhole includes: a step (A001) of cutting the periphery of a manhole in a round shape or in a square shape; a step (A002) of excavating and removing inner concrete which is cut; a base treatment step (A003) of treating a concrete residue; a step (A004) of coupling the manhole and an integrated inclinometer and installing the same; a step (A005) of placing rapid hardening fiber concrete; a step (A006) of applying waterproof and high-adhesion concrete; and a step (A007) of placing and compacting an eco-friendly elastic finishing material. According to the present invention, the repairing method for a manhole can excellently reduce work time by using a leveling device as an upper end of the manhole is coupled and placed on a road surface by a manhole fixing unit of the integrated inclinometer without additional control and assembly.
본 발명은 맨홀 주변을 ㅇ형 또는 ㅁ형으로 커팅하는 단계(A001); 커팅된 내부 콘크리트를 굴착하고 제거하는 단계(A002); 콘크리트 잔재물을 처리하는 바탕처리 단계(A003); 일체형 수평계와 맨홀을 체결하여 거치하는 단계(A004); 속경성 섬유 콘크리르를 타설하는 단계(A005); 방수성 및 고부착성 프라이머를 도포하는 단계(A006); 및 친환경 탄성 마감재를 포설하고 다짐하는 단계(A007)를 포함하는 맨홀 인상·인하 장치와 속경성 조성물을 이용한 맨홀 보수 공법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 일체형 수평계를 이용하여 별도의 조작 및 조립 없이 맨홀 상단부를 일체형 수평계의 맨홀 고정부를 이용해 체결하고 도로면에 거치하여 수평을 잡는 장치로 작업시간 단축이 매우 우수한 효과가 있다.
