VEHICLE HAVING TRAFFIC LANE PAINTING DEVICE WITH TWO LIQUID TYPE AND TRAFFIC LANE PAINTING METHOD USING THE VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a vehicle for painting a lane using a two-liquid type room temperature curable paint and a lane painting method using the same. According to the present invention, a base storage tank and a hardener storage tank are separately formed, a base and a hardener are mixed in a mixer by multiple stages, and an elevating operation plate selectively blocks an outlet of the base and the hardener while being vertically moved. Accordingly, even if a spray operation of a two-liquid type paint is stopped for a predetermined time or more during a painting work, the painting work can be advanced at room temperature without heating, and it can be solved that a part of the two-liquid type paint is left and hardened in a spray nozzle like a conventional manner. Moreover, a multistage mixer is included such that the base and the hardener discharged through base and hardener discharge slits, respectively, are mixed by multiple stages, and the mixed two-liquid type paint is immediately coated on a road surface, thereby uniformly mixing the two-liquid type paint and continuously maintaining the viscosity of the two-liquid type paint to improve coating quality. Moreover, the thickness of a lane coating film can be adjusted, the lane coating film is formed in various shapes, such as corrugated or wavy shapes. Moreover, the thickness of the lane coating film is sufficient to lower the separation rate of glass beads to increase the visibility by a driver during rainy or night drives, thereby realizing safer drive.
본 발명은 이액형 상온 경화형 차선 도색차량 및 그 차선 도색차량을 이용한 차선 도색방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 주제 저장탱크와 경화제 저장탱크로 나누어 구성하며, 주제와 경화제를 혼합기에서 다단(多段)으로 혼합하며 승강 작동판을 상하로 이동하면서 주제와 경화제의 토출입구를 선택적으로 차단하도록 구성함으로써, 도색작업 중 이액형 도료 분사 작업이 일정시간 이상 중단되더라도 가열없이도 상온(常溫)에서도 도색작업을 할 수 있음은 물론 종전과 같이 분사노즐 내부에 이액형 도료 일부가 잔류하여 굳어버리는 문제점을 해소할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 다단의 혼합기를 구비하여서 주제 토출 슬릿과 경화제 토출 슬릿을 통해서 토출되는 주제와 경화제를 다단(多段)으로 혼합(mixing)한 후, 혼합한 이액형 도료를 도로면 상에 곧바로 도색함으로써, 이액형 도료를 더욱 균일하게 혼합할 수 있으며, 이액형 도료의 점성을 일정하게 유지하여 도색 품질을 높일 수 있으며, 차선 도막의 두께 조절은 물론 차선 도막을 요철이나 물결모양 등으로 다양하게 변경할 수 있으며, 차선 도막의 두께가 충분하여 글라스 비드의 이탈률이 낮아서 우천 또는 야간 운전시 운전자의 시인성을 높여서 더욱 안전한 차량운행을 실현할 수 있다.
