Excavating device for steel pipe access hole
The present invention provides an excavation device for a steel pipe access hole, which is suitable for excavating a narrow and deep access hole having a cylindrical hole in the ground. According to the present invention, the excavation device for a steel pipe access hole is connected to an arm of an excavator through a coupler, excavates the inside of a round steel pipe inserted into the ground, and is used to make a steel pipe assess hole. The excavation device for a steel pipe access hole comprises: a coupler connector having a pair of coupler coupling pins detachably connected to the coupler; a bucket pivot support propulsion cylinder fixed to the coupler connector for propelling a bucket pivot support to the lower portion in the round steel pipe; the bucket pivot support having an upper pivot shaft at one end and a lower pivot shaft at the other end and pivotally connected to a movable end of the bucket pivot support propulsion cylinder via the upper pivot shaft; a pair of buckets for access hole excavation pivotally connected to the bucket pivot support through the lower pivot shaft; and a pair of cylinders for opening and closing the bucket pivotally connected to the pair of buckets for access hole excavation at one end and pivotally connected to the bucket pivot support at the other end to allow the pair of buckets for access hole excavation to be rotatably opened and engaged about the lower pivot shaft.
본 발명은 지반에 원통형 구멍을 갖는 좁고 깊은 작업구를 굴착하는데 적합한 강관작업구 굴착장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은 굴삭기의 암에 커플러를 통해 연결되어 지반에 관입된 원형 강관의 내부를 굴착하여 강관작업구를 만드는데 사용되는 강관작업구 굴착장치에 있어서, 상기 커플러에 착탈 가능하게 연결되는 한 쌍의 커플러 결합핀을 갖는 커플러 커넥터와; 상기 커플러 커넥터에 고정되어 버킷피봇지지대를 원형 강관내의 하부로 추진시키는 버킷피봇지지대 추진실린더와; 일단에 상부 피봇축과 타단에 하부 피봇축을 갖고, 상기 버킷피봇지지대 추진실린더의 가동단에 상부 피봇축을 통해 피봇 연결된 버킷피봇지지대와; 상기 하부 피봇축을 통해 상기 버킷피봇지지대에 피봇 연결된 한 쌍의 작업구 굴착용 버킷과; 한 쌍의 작업구 굴착용 버킷에 일단이 각기 피봇 연결되고 타단이 상기 버킷피봇지지대에 각기 피봇 연결되어, 한 쌍의 작업구 굴착용 버킷이 하부 피봇축을 중심으로 하여 회전 개방 및 맞물림 동작되도록 하는 버킷 개폐용 실린더;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention provides an excavation device for a steel pipe access hole, which is suitable for excavating a narrow and deep access hole having a cylindrical hole in the ground.
