Disclosed are a faucet control device and a method thereof and a faucet. The faucet control device with automatic temperature control includes: first and second pressure sensors installed on hot and cold water pipes to measure water pressure from hot water and cold water; first and second temperature sensors installed on the hot and cold water pipes to measure the temperatures of the hot water and the cold water; a heating member located between the hot water pipe and a faucet; a rotary sensor measuring at least one of horizontal and vertical rotation angels when the operation of a faucet knob is terminated; first and second electronic valves installed at outlets of the hot water and the cold water; and a controller determining a stop position for the faucet knob based on at least one of the horizontal and vertical rotation angles, and controlling opening degrees of the first and second electronic valves and whether to operate the heating member in accordance with the stop position for the faucet knob based on water pressure from the hot water and the cold water and the temperatures of the hot water and the cold water. Therefore, the present invention is capable of maintaining temperatures of hot and cold water even when water pressure is changing.
