The present invention relates to a mosquito net, which has a quadrangular frame body shape and prevents insects from entering the interior, an apparatus for manufacturing the mosquito net, and a mosquito net manufacturing method using the manufacturing apparatus. The mosquito net, according to the present invention, comprises: a frame body consisting of four rectangular frames; and a net provided inside the frame body. Each of the frames includes: a main frame having a vertical surface formed thereinside; a lower horizontal plate formed on a lower portion of the vertical surface to protrude inward and having a fixing groove formed in an upper surface thereof in the longitudinal direction; a horizontal pressing plate formed in the middle of the vertical surface in the vertical direction to protrude inward and having a vertical plate formed on an inner end thereof to protrude upward: a net insertion groove formed between an upper surface of the lower horizontal plate and the horizontal pressing plate to insert an end of the net; a plurality of net pressing protrusions formed on the horizontal pressing plate at intervals in the longitudinal direction and protruding downward to press a portion of a side of the net from top to bottom such that the portion is inserted into the fixing groove; and a detachable finishing cover surrounding an upper portion and the inside of the horizontal pressing plate.
본 발명은 해충이 실내로 들어오는 것을 방지하기 위한 사각 틀체 형태의 방충망과 그 방충망의 제조장치 및 그 제조장치를 이용한 방충망 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 방충망은 직사각형의 4개의 프레임으로 구성된 틀체와, 틀체 내부에 설치되는 망체를 포함하는 방충망에 있어서, 각각의 상기 프레임은 내측에 수직면이 형성된 주 골조와; 상기 수직면의 하부에 내측으로 돌출되게 형성되고 상면에는 길이 방향으로 고정홈이 형성된 하부 수평판과; 상기 수직면의 상,하 방향의 중간에서 내측으로 돌출되게 형성되고 내측 끝단에는 수직판이 상부로 돌출되게 형성된 수평 누름판과: 상기 하부 수평판의 상면과 수평 누름판의 사이에 형성되어 망체의 단부가 삽입되는 망체 삽입홈과; 상기 수평 누름판에 길이 방향으로 간격을 두고 다수로 형성되고, 하부로 돌출되게 형성되어 상기 망체의 측 단부의 일부를 상부에서 하부로 가압하여 상기 고정홈에 삽입되게 고정하는 다수의 망체 가압돌기와; 상기 수평 누름판의 상부와 내측을 감싸는 탈부착이 가능한 마감커버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a mosquito net, which has a quadrangular frame body shape and prevents insects from entering the interior, an apparatus for manufacturing the mosquito net, and a mosquito net manufacturing method using the manufacturing apparatus. The mosquito net, according to the present invention, comprises: a frame body consisting of four rectangular frames; and a net provided inside the frame body. Each of the frames includes: a main frame having a vertical surface formed thereinside; a lower horizontal plate formed on a lower portion of the vertical surface to protrude inward and having a fixing groove formed in an upper surface thereof in the longitudinal direction; a horizontal pressing plate formed in the middle of the vertical surface in the vertical direction to protrude inward and having a vertical plate formed on an inner end thereof to protrude upward: a net insertion groove formed between an upper surface of the lower horizontal plate and the horizontal pressing plate to insert an end of the net; a plurality of net pressing protrusions formed on the horizontal pressing plate at intervals in the longitudinal direction and protruding downward to press a portion of a side of the net from top to bottom such that the portion is inserted into the fixing groove; and a detachable finishing cover surrounding an upper portion and the inside of the horizontal pressing plate.
