The present invention relates to a grating stopper manufacturing method, which fastens a grating (100) to an angle (300). A fixing means (200) for fastening the angle (300) to the grating (100), comprises: a fastening piece (210) installed on an upper portion of the grating (100); and a hook bolt (220) penetrating the fastening piece (210) to be inserted thereinto. The present invention is possible to surely and simply fasten the grating to the angle by adjusting a length of the hook bolt of the fixing means and is possible to more easily install the grating by being possible to be used in a limited space since a nut or the like isn′t required by forming a tapping hole on a saddle clip and forming a protrusion.
본발명은 앵글(300)에 그레이팅(100)을 체결하는 그레이팅 스토퍼 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 그레이팅(100)에 앵글(300)을 체결하기 위한 고정수단(200)에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 그레이팅(100) 상부에 설치되는 체결편(210)과 상기 체결편(210)을 관통하여 삽입 설치되는 후크볼트(220)로 이루어지는 것으로,본발명은 고정수단의 후크볼트의 길이를 조절함으로써 앵글에 그레이팅을 확실하고 간편하게 체결할 수 있으며, 세들클립에 태핑구멍을 형성하며 돌기를 형성하여 너트 등이 필요없으므로 제한된 공간에서 사용 가능하여 보다 손쉽게 그레이팅 설치가 가능한 현저한 효과가 있다.
