The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a railroad sleeper using waste plastic and a manufacturing apparatus thereof. The present invention selects waste plastic products of polyethylene or polypropylene materials among the waste plastic products, dries the pulverized waste plastic pieces, mixes an antifoaming agent and a shrinkage inhibitor to produce a blended raw material, puts the same into a primary extruder to be heated and melted, finely cuts an extruded resin primarily extruded, removes air bubbles, puts the same into a secondary extruder to be heated and melted, and secondarily extrudes the same into a mold to molding the railroad sleeper.
본 발명은 폐플라스틱을 이용한 철도 침목 제조방법 및 제조방치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 폐플라스틱 제품중 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌 재질의 폐플라스틱 제품을 선별하여 분쇄한 폐플라스틱 조각을 건조한 후, 소포제와 수축 억제제를 혼합하여 배합원료를 만든 다음, 1차 압출기에 넣고 가열용융하여 1차 압출한 압출 수지를 세절하여 기포를 제거한 후 2차 압출기에 넣고 가열 용융하여 성형 몰드에 2차 압출하여 철도 침목을 성형한다.
