Sliding type auto-door with improved insulative and constructive fuction
The present invention relates to an automatic sliding door for improving insulation and workability comprising: wall door bars which are vertically disposed on left and right walls of an entrance; a middle column bar which is vertically disposed in the center of the entrance; a fixed door which is disposed between the wall door bar and the middle column bar on one side; an opening/closing door which is disposed along a length from the middle column bar to the wall door bar of the other side; and a machine box which is disposed in an upper end side of the fixed door and the opening/closing door to perform a sliding operation of the opening/closing door. The present invention assembles an insulator inside a corresponding panel by setting the insulator disposed on an indoor panel of the machine box as an insulating panel such as an MDF laminate or the like. The middle column bar is manufactured by an assembly square column frame in which an insulating bar is disposed in a height direction on a surface which is not exposed to the outside due to the fixed door and a vertical bar of the opening/closing door. Insulating sealing members of a rubber or synthetic resin material, which are facing in a gear type, are respectively disposed in the vertical bar of the opening/closing door and a corresponding wall door bar which are closed when the opening/closing door is closed. An outdoor finishing packing material of an edge finishing packing material of a door glass plate constituting the fixed door and the opening/closing door is assembled in a snap type on a frame of a corresponding position. A bottom rail track for supporting the sliding operation of the opening/closing door is provided to be manufactured in a plate type frame which is assembled in the snap type with a horizontal bar of the fixed door, thereby providing an excellent insulating performance and highly improving workability.
본 발명은 출입구의 좌,우 벽체상에 각각 직립 설치되는 벽체도어바와, 출입구의 중앙에 직립 설치되는 중간기둥바와, 일측 벽체도어바 및 중간기둥바의 사이에 설치되는 고정문과, 중간기둥바로부터 타측 벽체도어바에 이르는 길이에 걸쳐 설치되는 개폐문과, 상기 고정문 및 개폐문의 상단측에 설치되어 개폐문의 슬라이딩 작동을 수행하는 기계박스로 구성된 슬라이딩 자동문에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 기계박스의 실내측 패널상에 설치되는 단열재를 MDF 합판 등의 단열패널로 하여 해당 패널의 내측에 조립시켜 놓을 수 있도록 하고, 상기 중간기둥바는 고정문과 개폐문세로바에 가려져 외부로 노출되지 아니하는 표면상에 높이 방향으로 단열바가 설치된 조립식 사각 기둥 프레임으로 제작하며, 상기 개폐문의 폐쇄시 밀착되는 개폐문세로바와 해당 벽체도어바에는 서로 마주보면서 기어식으로 맞물리는 고무나 합성수지 재질의 단열밀폐부재를 각각 설치하고, 상기 고정문과 개폐문을 이루는 도어유리판의 가장자리측 마감팩킹재 중 실외측 마감팩킹재를 해당 위치의 프레임상에 스냅식으로 조립 가능한 구조로 제작하며, 상기 개폐문의 슬라이딩 작동을 보조하는 바닥측 레일트랙은 고정문가로바와 스냅식으로 조립 가능한 판형 프레임으로 제작함으로서, 우수한 단열성능을 보장하면서도 그 시공성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 슬라이딩 자동문에 관한 것이다.
