Door opening / closing device of electromagnetic pulse shielding enclosure
The present invention relates to a door opening and closing apparatus of an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) shielding enclosure, more specifically to the apparatus which provides a computer including a server, a network equipment for communication, a data storage, and a door of a shielding enclosure having sealing force to stably and reliably store the equipment. In the present invention, the EMP shielding enclosure comprises of: an EMP shielding enclosure which installs equipment such as a server in a rack box; an opening and closing door which is installed on the front surface of the shielding enclosure with a hinge; a shielding member which is installed in a door frame of the shielding enclosure; a shielding member which is installed at an inner edge of the door; an opening and closing handle for opening and closing the door; and a door lock apparatus which is installed on an inner side of the door. The door lock apparatus comprises: a central gear fitted on a rotation shaft forwardly protruded toward a backplate of the inner side of the door; an upper and lower mobile terminal moving side to side engaged with the central gear; a left and right driven gear unit installed on one side of each upper and lower mobile terminal; and a left and right elevating operation unit moving up and down engaged with the left and right driven gear; and an upper and lower guide fitting member which is installed on each upper and lower side of the left and right elevating operation unit on a left and right and upper and lower locking plate installed on upper and lower part of both ends of a door frame of the shielding enclosure, and is configured to be fitted or separated.
본 발명은 전자기파(Electromagnetic Pulse: EMP) 차폐 함체(Shielding Enclosure)의 도어 개폐장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 서버를 비롯한 컴퓨터와 통신을 위한 네트워크장비 및 데이터 스토리지 등 및 이들 장비를 수납하는 차폐함체의 도어를 안정적이고도 신뢰성 있게 밀폐력을 가지는 도어의 개폐장치를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 랙 함 내부에 서버 등 장비를 설치하는 EMP 차폐 함체와; 상기 차폐 함체의 전면에 경첩으로 설치한 개폐용 도어와; 상기 차폐 함체의 문틀에 설치한 차폐부재 및 도어 내측 테두리에 설치한 차폐 부재와; 상기 도어를 개폐하기 위한 개폐용 핸들; 및 도어 내측에 도어록(door lock) 장치를 구비하는 EMP 차폐 함체에 있어서, 상기 도어록 장치는 도어 내측의 후면판 전방으로 돌출한 회전축에 끼워진 중심기어와; 상기 중심기어와 맞물려 좌, 우 이동하는 상부 및 하부 이동 수단과; 상기 상부 및 하부 이동 수단 각각의 일측에 설치한 좌측 및 우측 종동 기어부와; 상기 좌측 및 우측 종동 기어부에 맞물려 상, 하 이동하는 좌측 및 우측 승강 작동부; 및 차페 함체의 문틀 양단 상, 하에 각각 설치한 좌측 및 우측 상, 하부 록킹 플레이트에 상기 좌측 및 우측 승강 작동부의 상, 하 각각에 설치한 상, 하부 안내 끼움 부재가 끼워지거나 이탈되게 설치 구성함을 특징으로 한다.
