Waterproof coating film applying device and waterproofing method using same
The present invention relates to a waterproof film coating apparatus, which discharges a molten waterproof film material between a pair of rollers disposed on the lower part of a coating unit to control the thickness of a waterproof film layer consisting of a bottom part by a gap between the rollers so as to form a waterproof film layer of a uniform thickness on a construction place; and a waterproofing method thereof. According to the present invention, the waterproof film coating apparatus comprises: a moving means; a film material storage unit mounted on the moving means to store a molten waterproof film material; the coating unit connected to the lower part of the film material storage unit and discharging and supplying the molten waterproof film material transferred from the film material storage unit to the pair of rollers; the rollers disposed on the lower part of the coating unit and spaced apart at a predetermined distance. The thickness of a waterproof film layer installed on a bottom part is controlled by the interval between the rollers.
본 발명은 도포부의 하부에 구비된 한 쌍의 롤러 사이로 용융 상태의 방수 도막재를 배출하여, 롤러 사이의 간격에 의해 바닥부에 시공되는 방수 도막층의 두께가 제어될 수 있어 시공 장소에 균일한 두께의 방수 도막층을 형성할 수 있는 방수도막 도포장치 및 이를 사용한 방수 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 이동수단, 상기 이동수단에 탑재되어 용융 상태의 방수 도막재를 저장하는 도막재 저장부, 상기 도막재 저장부의 하부에 연결되고, 도막재 저장부로부터 이송되는 용융 상태의 방수 도막재를 배출하여 한 쌍의 롤러에 공급하는 도포부 및 상기 도포부의 하부에 구비되고, 소정 거리로 이격된 한 쌍의 롤러를 포함하고, 상기 한 쌍의 롤러 사이의 간격에 의해 바닥부에 시공되는 방수 도막층의 두께가 제어된다.
