The present invention relates to a method for preparing a hydrophilic aminoalkoxysilane-based water repellent for cement, which exhibits excellent adhesion performance, a high performance waterproof material composition for concrete using a water repellent prepared thereby, and a waterproof concrete composition thereof. The high performance waterproof material composition for concrete of the present invention comprises: 60 to 94 wt% of an expanded material; 3 to 20 wt% of a fatty acid-based waterproof agent; 1 to 7 wt% of a hydrophilic aminoalkoxysilane-based water repellent for a cement; and 2 to 13 wt% of a strength enhancing material.
본 발명은 콘크리트용 고성능 구체방수재와 이를 바람직하게 이용한 콘크리트, 그리고 그 고성능 구체방수재의 구성재료로 유리하게 사용하기 위한 친수성 알콕시실란계 발수제와 이의 바람직한 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 시멘트용 친수성 알콕시실란계 발수제는, 2개 이상의 알콕실기(CHO-)를 가지는 알콕시실란계 발수제에서 일부의 알콕실기가 가수분해되어 수산기(OH-)로 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 시멘트용 친수성 알콕시실란계 발수제는, 3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란((CHO)SiCHNH)을 알코올에 혼합 용해시킨 후, 알칼리 수용액을 가하여 pH가 10 이상이 되게 한 다음, 3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란((CHO)SiCHNH)과 물(HO)의 몰수가 동일해지도록 물(HO)을 추가하여 혼합 교반하고 열건조하는 과정으로 바람직하게 제조할 수 있다. 본 발명 콘크리트용 고성능 구체방수재 조성물은, 산화칼슘(CaO) 60~90중량%, 산화마그네슘(MgO) 5~30중량%, 칼슐설포알루미네이트(CSA) 5~30중량%를 포함하여 조성된 팽창재 60~94중량%; 지방산계 방수제 3~20중량%; 시멘트용 친수성 알콕시실란계 발수제 1~7중량%; 황산나트륨 40~70중량%, 티오시안나트륨 30~60중량%를 포함하여 조성된 강도증진재 2~13중량%;를 포함하여 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 한다. 이러한 콘크리트용 고성능 구체방수재 조성물은 콘크리트 배합에서 콘크리트 결합재 100중량부에 대하여 4~8중량부를 혼입하여 바람직하게 사용할 수 있다.
