APPARATUS FOR GUARD RAIL AUTOMATIC PAINTING
An apparatus for automating painting of a guard rail, according to the present invention, comprises: a body having a rectangular shape and having an empty space therein; a center plate mounted on an upper portion of the body; a dust collector connected to the body and the center plate; a paint feeder connectable to the body; and a power supply supplying power. An upper portion of the center plate includes: a power supply unit installed on the center plate, connected to the power supply, and supplying power for the overall operation; a control unit installed on the center plate, controlling the execution, stop, direction, and speed of an operation when power is supplied from the power supply unit, and having a lighting unit indicating whether power is supplied and a display unit displaying a control state; and a warning light attached to the control unit and indicating an operating state or an error. The body includes: a first side roller and a second side roller attached to both sides of a lower end portion of one surface of the body and rolling a lower end of a guard rail; a first auxiliary roller, a second auxiliary roller, a third auxiliary roller, and a fourth auxiliary roller installed at four edges of the front of the body, supporting a first driving roller and a second driving roller on the guard rail, and a nozzle unit provided on the inner surface of the empty space of the body and connecting a hose from the paint feeder to spray paint on the surface of the guard rail. Thus, the present invention can provide a guardrail surface treatment apparatus that can immediately paint guard rails on the road in the field without dismantling the guard rails.
본 발명의 가드레일 도색 자동화 장치는 직사각형의 형체이며 내부에 빈 공간을 구비하고 있는 몸체; 상기 몸체의 상부에 얹혀지는 중앙판; 상기 몸체와 상기 중앙판과 연결되어 있는 집진기; 상기 몸체와 연결할 수 있는 도료공급기; 및 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부;를 포함하여 구성하되, 상기 중앙판 상부에는 중앙판위에 설치되며 상기 전원공급부와 연결되어 있고 전반적인 동작을 할 수 있도록 전원을 공급하는 전원부, 상기 중앙판 위에 설치되며 상기 전원부에서 전원이 공급되면 동작의 실행, 정지, 방향, 속도를 제어하고, 전원여부를 나타내는 조명부 및 제어상태를 표출하는 디스플레이부를 구비하는 제어부 제어부, 상기 제어부에 부착되어 있으며 동작상태 또는 오류 등을 나타내는 경광등을 포함하며, 상기 몸체는 몸체의 일측면 하단부 양쪽에 부착되어 있으며 가드레일의 하단부를 롤링하는 제1 측면롤러와 제2 측면롤러, 몸체의 전면 네 모서리마다 설치되며, 가드레일에 제1 구동롤러와 제2 구동롤러가 잘 지탱하도록 받쳐주는 제1 보조롤러, 제2 보조롤러, 제3 보조롤러, 제4 보조롤러, 상기 몸체의 빈 공간 안쪽 면에는 상기 도료공급기로부터 호스를 연결하여 가드레일 표면에 도료를 분사하는 노즐부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
